Jose and Laurent did such an excellent job in getting us our dream sectional! They arrived right on time, kept us notified, and worked seamlessly with us and the store associate. Fantastic service, I would definitely use this service again!
They were on time told me when they were head to the store at location. Sent photo of item to double tap to male sure it was the correct item. Informed me when they we loading. I got an ETA, also text when they were 10 mins out so I could meet them outside. These two were pro's from start to finish!
The wrong city was entered at the store and sent to the wrong location. Great communication and service!
I’m super happy to have found this app! Bought a chair at Home Goods and got this option from a store employee- way easier than trying to lug it into my minivan. Watch out Walmart! Now I can make those spontaneous purchases and not worry how to get it home!!
I had an excellent experience with LP and JK. Communication waa timely, clear and efficient They confirmed the pickup ahead of time and they arrived on time at the pick-up location. They followed the instructions from the store to pick up around the back at the dock. I happened to be at the store purchasing additional items which I was able to add to the pick-up. They confirmed all items and let me know they were loaded for delivery. They met me at my home and confirm the locations where the items would be set up . They didn't carefully unloaded each item, a chest of drawers and a glass bookcase, and ensured they were setup to expectation. I will definitely use the service again.
Tre and Jake came as soon as they could and handled my move like pros, taking it from the store to exactly where I needed it. Thanks Guys!

They were great! When they picked up the item from the store, they saw the item had a crack they took an picture and send it to me to verify I was aware before they picked it up once I verified they picked it up and delivered the item. They were on time and professional.

Adrian an Ancil were awesome! I received a text that allowed me to track their progress on my delivery. I also received a text communication from them that allowed me to send them a picture of the receipt that was needed for the pickup. The console I ordered was carefully wrapped and protected for the trip from the store to my house and it was received undamaged. They quickly got my furniture piece, unloaded, unwrapped and placed in the right spot. This was my first time using Lugg and I would definitely use them again! Thank you Adrian and Ancil for a job well-done!
I can’t say enough good things about these two courteous hard working men! Leonard and Darrell were very patient, even though Big Lots store was slow to bring furniture to the front (the store was very busy for a Saturday). They were prompt to arrive, careful not to bang into walls or other furniture, very pleasant to be around! It was like having someone in my own family help us out—they cared enough to do things carefully!
