Jake and Winston are absolutely top notch! They got here, within the quoted time, moved the king mattress up three flights of stairs, and were in and out within 20 minutes! They were completely courteous, and respectful, not only of me, and my time, but also our new townhome! Excellent, excellent, excellent! Will ABSOLUTELY be using Lugg again, for ALL of our oversized purchases…in fact, now that I know about this service, I feel like couch shopping!

Yuya and Tim were fantastic. They got everything out from the truck and up one and two long flights of stairs in my townhome. Stayed to assemble it all for me too which I don't think they or I realized how much effort it would take, but they did a great job.

Alex and Tim picked up furniture for us from a distribution center and brought it home. They were well ahead of time, exceeding expectations. Though it was not a part of their job, they helped unpack and set up the couch too. 10/10 would recommend them
John and Shane went above and beyond by helping me disassemble and reassemble my bed frame, and were able to expertly navigate my home’s narrow stairwells. On a stressful moving day they gave me peace of mind!
