They were quick and clear and friendly. One thing I would suggest that the company do: make it clear, for junk removal, that the Luggers will pay the fee and then have it added to the customer's bill. I had assumed I'd have to drive to the dump as well so as to pay the fee! - Cara
Jeremiah and Mulungu are an amazing team! The couch came in a box that couldn’t fit through my apartments front door and needed to be removed from the box to get it inside. They took it out got it in my apartment and cleaned up the plastic and boxes on the way out. Excellent service! - Gary

Evans and Reuben were on time and masters at moving heavy furniture, even upstairs and around corners. They helped me put the couches together and then removed the debris. In addition, they were friendly and patient when I wanted to add pads to the feet of the couches. - Tracy
This was an amazing experience! I just moved out of a condo and needed some trash and other items removed. Basically as soon as they arrived, our elevator went down, leaving only 5 flights of stairs to move things up or down. They were still super friendly and just got the job done. Wasn’t able to track them after they left here but on tracking app it says “unloaded”. Fyi…I was told I couldn’t book the 3 steps in one booking (p/up, delivery/dump old bbq) that it had to be 2 separate bookings….1 to have p/up-delivery and 2 to p/up old and take to dump. Alex said why didn’t you just have the delivery guys take old one to dump? My question exactly!! - Carol
