Once again, Lugg to the rescue. Yuya and Tim were on time, efficient, pleasant, and easy to work with. They moved a sofa down two or three flights of stairs in a condominium complex. I was worried that this would take a long time given the location of the sofa and the condominium complex, but they were in and out in 90 minutes.Highly recommend! - Mary
Jeremiah and Robert are very kind and skilled! My planned on using my apartment’s elevator to move a much but it was too small, so they pivoted super fast and used the staircase. Great experience. - Kara
The guys were on time and did a great job. They were careful with our furniture and placed it right where we asked them to. Another excellent experience with Lugg. - Robert
I've now used Lugg in LA and Seattle about 2-3 times each; and it's always been a smooth, frictionless experience. I'm still amazed they're able to find movers at such short notice -- all my bookings were same day, I think -- and a quality set of movers reliably showed up each time. - Jimmy
They were awesome from beginning to end I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.. - Darlene

I wanted to send a quick note to share how wonderful it was working with Josh and Jess. They went above and beyond, helped clean up, and even had great design input. It was truly a pleasure working with them. Health Works Chiropractic - Health

Geoffrey and Carl did a great job moving a new sofa from the store to my place. They were careful with the furniture and mindful of the walls when moving it up the stairs and in the hallway. They worked efficiently and communicated well throughout the process. Thanks for making the move easy! - Anne
Fantastic work with a really difficult space. They were on time and friendly, and very accommodating. - Elijah
I never fill these out but these guys earned it without question. Tim & Ryan are exactly the guys you want as the faced of the company. You said they’d be here in only 1/2 hour and they were here 5 minutes early. They quickly moved the old and heaviest mattress I’ve ever owned. Then they took my new mattress upstairs and were done. I appreciate a service that is fast and exceeded my expectations. We appreciate you all and I hope these guys get some form of a rate increase. They are delivering in a way most companies out there can’t, don’t, or won’t. Thank you! - Doug
We asked the Luggers to move tow items to two different destinations. First item, an 8 ft bureau from our upstairs bedroom to Seward Park, and the seand a very heavy excersize bike to South Seattle. They did a great job moving and delivering the both items. I'd use them again! - Ray
Jesse and Cesar were great, on time, and professional. I’d hire them again. NOTE: Lugg isn't always consistent or professional. They stated in the response below I am in Seattle. Which I never was. - Future
Aleksandr & Jeremy were extremely careful with my fragile shelf. They brought blankets, were gentle when bringing it in the home, and exercised caution from start to finish. Would definitely use them again! - Erika
Alex and Harlem went above and beyond - up many stairs, helped me add assembly, helped me fix an issue with the desk, they were AWESOME!!! - Kelly
