When it looked like the tight corners were going to make us call it, they persevered and got a piano into our finished basement, lifting it over one last step for good measure. Before they even left, our daughter started playing on her “new” piano. Daniel and Kris are a hardworking pair. We thank them for the gift of music and memories!
Carlos and Daniel were efficient, professional, careful, patient and great at problem solving. They had to move my piano across the room and they problem solved by putting heavy moving blankets under the legs and carefully pushing it across the room. They are also super nice guys! I felt really comfortable around them and genuinely liked them. This was my first Lugg move (you came highly recommended from a friend) and I was very impressed. I plan to use you again! (And my husband is even more happy than me because he didn’t have to do it!)

They were very careful of the items they were moving including a piano. Maxwell and Chris courteously double checked all the details for where I want to things put. My whole apartment in one trip, plus every box I had packed up. They weren't sure if the boxes would fit, but they made it happen. They went above & beyond. Will definitely use again!

At Public Storage both elevators stopped working after one load. David and Leon had to take the stairs. They didn't complain, and just did it. They moved quickly and efficiently. They were careful not to damage any of my things. They are great movers and would hire them again.
