They picked up some items for donation and they were the final items in my home as I was moving out. When Goodwill did not take one of my items they messaged me to let me know they would take the item to the dump for me. They were very efficient and helpful. - Amy

I completely forgot to put the hardware with the table I was donating. Adam stayed in touch with me and they were able to take the table across the street and convince another donation center to take it (provided I take the forgotten hardware to the center later). The fact that they were proactive, worked with both donation centers, and were able to problem solve so that I didn't have to deal with a table being returned to my front yard...
