Angel and Jacob were awesome! This was my first time using Lugg to pick up a sectional off of Craigslist. After lookIng at the sofa and deciding we wanted it, I put the request into the Lugg app and Angel and Jacob handled the rest. We didnt even have to wait for them. They worked with the seller and picked up the sectional in less than an hour after putting in the request. They completely exceeded my expectations. I am very happy and will definitely use Lugg again.

They packaged the large antique armoire carefully and we’re careful moving it into my home and into position. They worked efficiently. Very friendly. I would highly recommend them.
Enrique and Benson were phenomenal! I was having an antique bedroom set delivered to a friend. They carefully wrapped each item and handled expertly. Benson had done a recent Lugg job for me and it was nice to see a familiar face. Friendly, efficient, careful. I will definitely continue to hire Lugg!
Benson & Darren picked up a large console from an antiques store and delivered it to a second floor bedroom. I also hired them to move some furniture out of the same bedroom to a garage. They were very professional and super nice guys! They handled my furniture with care, paying attention to not scratch it or hit walls or other surfaces in my home. They were also very efficient! I would highly recommend them!!!!
Got several super heavy precious antiques up tight stairs and into small spaces without a scratch on the pieces or walls. Super professional and super fast.
these guys were great — fast, efficient, great attitude. The Best Buy delivery guys couldn’t figure out how to move my existing fridge and just gave up. They left the new fridge downstairs and left. Ralph and Timothy figured it out immediately and then offered to complete the job of moving the old fridge downstairs and moving the new one upstairs.

Wasn’t able to track them after they left here but on tracking app it says “unloaded”. Fyi…I was told I couldn’t book the 3 steps in one booking (p/up, delivery/dump old bbq) that it had to be 2 separate bookings….1 to have p/up-delivery and 2 to p/up old and take to dump. Alex said why didn’t you just have the delivery guys take old one to dump? My question exactly!!
