Bought a couple pieces of floor model furniture from Crate and Barrel and they recommended Lugg to deliver. The entire process was seamless and easy. The guys were right on time, professional and took great care moving up a tricky stairwell. I will use Lugg again! PS — I paid their tip in cash so they would have it immediately. - Staci
They were friendly, and carefully moved my big chair and ottoman into my apartment, placing it exactly where I asked it to be. I recommend these guys! - Janet
They were friendly, conscientious, and took great care in getting a large bookcase up a challenging staircase! - Carol
Quick and efficient! We had a big bookcase that had to go through a window, they just looked and said “yup” and got it done. Clearly not their first rodeo. - Peter
They did great wrangling a HUGE bookcase into my home. I was so thankful everything got delivered safely and in place! - Nobo
Brad was attentive & professional in moving the bookcase and took care to make sure it was placed where we wanted it. - Nell
Slight confusion (my fault) re correct delivery location. Once that was resolved, Bradley and Geoffrey arrived in a couple of minutes. Bookcase was quickly and carefully moved in. I’ll recommend LUGG to anyone looking for quality moving! - Lynne
They came out to an estate sale in the boonies and saved our bacon. They expertly moved 2 large bookcases for us. Well done! - Nancy
Evans and Rueben tried their best to fit a large bookcase through our narrow passageway. Though we couldn’t position where we wanted it to, they tried their best and let us know of all our options. Very friendly. - Abishek

These guys are great! So pleasant and they moved a massive dresser and didn’t bump a thing. Very good experience! - Tricia
They were both great to work with on our delivery of dressers! Both dressers were oversized and heavy and they got the job done with little space to work with. Much appreciated! - Justin
Excellent 👍 guys. On time, and they took amazing care of my furniture which was a floor model and didn't have any packaging on it. They wrapped it in a soft blanket and Saran wrapped it on top all around the dresser. I was so happy it came in on time and in perfect condition. Thanks Ralph and Shawn for a job well done. - Arthur
Alex and …… were incredible with getting a very large dresser into a space we weren’t quite sure if it would fit. When they got it down the hallway, they didn’t give up with thinking of new ideas to get the dresser into the room that we needed it to be in. We even told them that it could go in a different room, but they didn’t give up trying to get it where we originally wanted it to be. Low and behold, with a little maneuvering, they were able to do it with smiles on their faces! So grateful for them and their limitless mindset of how to do things! - Shellie
Jeremiah helped move our high boy dresser. Efficient service. Delivered with ease. Highly recommend Lugg! - Jose
Justin was great moving a box of tile that I couldn't so it wouldn't interfere with them putting my dresser in place. - Kelly A
Very courteous and professional. Worked quickly and were very careful with my oak table and chairs and dresser. I highly recommend them! - Carole

Crate & Barrel may deliver orders on its own schedule, but when you buy in the store or at an outlet and want it home today, that's the gap Lugg fills. Book a Lugg once you've paid, and Lugg movers pick up your purchase and carry it inside to the room you choose, often within the hour. You pay Crate & Barrel for what you buy, and Lugg's upfront estimate covers the delivery. Lugg is an on-demand moving and delivery service that has completed more than 2,000 Crate & Barrel pickups in the past year, from stores and outlets across the country.
Most Crate & Barrel Luggs start at an outlet, where floor models and last-of-a-kind pieces sell fast and usually have to leave with you. Pay at the register, then book a Lugg with the outlet as your pickup and your home as the drop-off. Sofas and sectionals are the most common Crate & Barrel Lugg, followed by tables, chairs, dressers and consoles.
Choose a vehicle at least as long as your longest piece. A pickup truck, booked as a Lite or a Pickup, has a bed at least 6 feet long and carries a tarp. A Van (at least 8 feet) is enclosed, which keeps a sofa or a boxed bed frame dry on a rainy day, and the Pickup and the Van are the two most common choices for a Crate & Barrel run. An XL (at least 10 feet) or a Box truck, 12 to 16 feet, takes a sectional and a dining set in one trip.
Lugg movers wrap and strap each piece before it goes on the truck, which matters most on marble tops, glass shelves and solid wood cabinets. Check the weight of anything with stone in it before you book. Lugg's weight limit is 125 lbs per Lugger, or 250 lbs per item on any vehicle that comes with two Luggers: Pickup, Van, XL, Box or Box+. Anything heavier needs more Luggers on the job, so book a second Lugg for the same time window.
Lugg movers carry your Crate & Barrel order to the room of your choice, whether that's a third-floor apartment or a bedroom upstairs. Measure the doorway and the stairwell first so a sectional doesn't stop at the front door. Once it's in place, Lugg movers can assemble it right there in the room, from a bed frame to a dining table.
