They took the refrigerator doors out so it can fit through the doors. They were fast and before I know it, the refrigerator was delivered exactly where we want it. The door panels was re-secured and they were patient and friendly. Thank you Luggs.
Ron and Relijah did an excellent job moving a side by side refrigerator for me. They were on time, professional, and knew all the tricks for moving such a heavy and awkward item the right way. They responded promptly to texts about the move as I explained the tricky location that they had to reach. I really appreciate the fact that they did everything with smiles. The person I received the fridge from had nothing but nice things to say about how they came and picked up the fridge as well. I would happily have them move items for us again.
Maxwell was great but my pickup was between 5:00-6:00 PM and Maxwell was notified around 5:58???? which is why he didn’t arrive until 6:20 PM. The service was great but the lack of communication was terrible - I sent 3-4 emails with no response and there was no phone number to call anyone so it was very frustrating. On top of everything else - Costco closes at 6:00 PM so I was outside the store with a refrigerator and no idea if anyone was coming over. I also had ordered a pickup truck to allow the fridge to be transported upright but ended up with a van and they had to set it on its side which I hope will not cause any problems.
Maxwell and Alyssa worked with 2 other Lugg movers I hired to move a large refrigerator down a steep slope.

these guys were great — fast, efficient, great attitude. The Best Buy delivery guys couldn’t figure out how to move my existing fridge and just gave up. They left the new fridge downstairs and left. Ralph and Timothy figured it out immediately and then offered to complete the job of moving the old fridge downstairs and moving the new one upstairs.
Geoffrey and Carl were incredible. Super patient with a mishap at the pickup site and they went above and beyond. This was a difficult fridge move and they did it flawlessly. Extremely professional and would absolutely hire again!
Had to make some last minute adjustments for fit of the fridge. They were great and helped through it! Wonderful guys!

These guys are great - the snow on the road made it tough to get the truck into the driveway - so they put the fridge on a dolly and hauled it two blocks down the street! Amazing. Thankyou!
