Using Lugg was super easy and the employees were very responsive! I had my 6 foot mirror picked up from Marshalls and delivered at home safely with no scratches within just an hour! I definitely use Lugg again
Aleksandr and Zach were both truly terrific in all ways. They arrived at the pickup location at the very beginning of the scheduled time slot. (In fact, they actually arrived a little early.) Both were professional and courteous at all times. Both were extremely careful at all times with the furniture I had them move, including a very large, heavy chest of drawers. Their carefulness was top-notch during loading and unloading of their truck, during the lugging of my furniture up a stairway, during the maneuvering of my furniture through a doorway and around tight corners within my home, and at all other times. As I witnessed in my rear-view mirror when driving just ahead of them from the pickup location to the delivery location, Alexsandr drove with extreme care over speed bumps and at all other times so as to ensure that my furniture wouldn't be damaged in even the slightest way during the drive. They also offered clever, helpful suggestions on the safest, best way of getting the chest of drawers out of the thick box and other packaging it came in. I'd be thrilled to have Alexsandr and Zach work for me in the future, and I'd enthusiastically recommend them to anyone. Even if I tried my absolute hardest to think of something to criticize in how Aleksandr and Zach served me, I'd still come up with nothing to complain about.
Luggers moved a heavy dresser from the carpenter’s shop in Bremerton to our home. They first wrapped it for protection and then after moving it into the house they lifted the mirror so I could scree it back on. I especially appreciated that they waiting patiently while I frantically searched for the missing screws. This was my second positive experience using Lugg. The first was in the San Francisco Bay I was delighted to learn that Lugg now includes Kitsap county and the Greater Seattle area! Yay!

Can I say excellent service? Yes I can! I purchased some stuff, TV stand, cabinet, huge mirror and a 10-ft rug. The store told me about the app and I ordered a pickup truck with two guys. Wow. I thought very reasonably priced, they showed up on time, got plenty of text updates, and they were very careful with this stuff. My delivery was at the end of the day and even then when they arrived at 6:30, they were very neat looking, and not all sweaty. This is a game changer for me now that I can just buy stuff and get a good delivery service to bring it to me at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend this service!!
They moved a heavy bedroom set from an upstairs room to my mom’s apartment and were friendly and helped attach the mirror to a dresser after arrival to destination. Thanks! Would use Lugg again.
Daniel was fantastic. He know the job too well. They were precisely on time. They made a fantastic clean drop. We had an area where they could place the material and put it in that location, without any hesitation. One thing that Daniel told me was it will be great if IKEA could hand them a copy of the packing list (not my Invoice copy). That way they would know what's under the packaging (e.g mirrors). That way they can pack the delicate stuff last / unload it first.

I don't know if I misused your service or if the movers are under a different impression than the app gives. I'm just gonna detail my experience and if I sound like a crazy person then everyone got paid and my stuff got moved its all good, but if it sounds like a different experience you'd like to provide than you guys can take those steps. So I ordered a truck and 1 Lugger because I was planning to help with lifting. I detailed as much as I could about what I was moving to be fair to the other mover but it all required two people, hence me using your service, and I planned on being one of those two. The truck is 6ft which fits my queen mattress and large mirror in terms of length. They sent 2 Luggers in a van. Not a super big deal but the service showed up late and I super appreciate the $10 credit, just want to detail it all. When they showed up they told me the service I paid for was a light service which is usually one thing that one guy can carry. I told them I planned to help lift and didn't know it was only one piece of furniture. They said well there's two of us so it's okay but we'll contact lugg because this is more than the service you requested. Now the app says whatever fits in the vehicle not one piece of furniture and it also says be ready to help lift if it gets heavy so I didn't think I did anything out of order. One was really helpful and willing and the other a little begrudgingly so. They contacted lugg and they weren't charging me extra but the movers were getting paid appropriately so great. So they load everything up and there's a ton of extra space in the van they sent, but because of the vibe and the initial confusion I just accepted that I'll move everything else myself. All in all it was what I needed, but the delay, the awkward beginning feeling like I was taking advantage of an advertised service, and the unused space in the van leaves me a little eh. Next time I know to request the van straight out but I wish I would've been charged more in order fit the rest of my stuff in there. Would've saved me a ton work and time.
What more can I say about these guys... WOW!! From the SECOND I first communicated with them they went out of their way with their kindness, helpfulness, friendlyness, positive energy and professionalism. I'm not saying from the first minute I'm saying from the first second and the whole time these 2 wonderful men were dealing with my order. I didn't have the receipt for my item attached and they were so patient at my pick up place while I searched for it. When they got here (and man did I have a difficult awkward piece for them to move ) right away upon meeting them the most friendliness, positive greeting that made me, someone who suffers from anxiety, feel a sigh of relief and a feeling of comfort. Professional and so careful with my furniture. I've never spent that much $ on one piece before so I was nervous and it is a pretty large, fragile and awkward to move item. From the first moment to the end, getting it safely to my apt which is on the fourth floor with a tiny elevator these guys went above and beyond. I'm holding back tears writing this because these guys, Kevin the super star ( his nickname is spot on ) and his guy Matthew learning and helping so kindly the whole time , were everything and more you would ever hope for in any encounter you may have big or small in life. Thanks guys!! Thank you Lugg, and btw you guys really won the lottery when these guys signed up with your company.

Josh and Tim were absolutely incredible. They arrived early, worked extremely hard and quickly, and were gentle with fragile items. They ended up moving over double the amount of boxes than the initial ask due to their efficiency with both moving and packing up the truck. Not to mention how kind and professional they both were. Would highly recommend both of them for any move.
