My delivery by Luis and Alexander went fine. Both gentlemen were professional, friendly and helpful in placing the items. It’s refreshing to work with such positive and kind people. I’m glad Home Goods introduced me to the Lugg Lite services. I’m sure I will be using them in the future. - Linda
Sebastian and Christopher are so great! Kind, easy-going, happy to help in any way they can and I’m always happy for them to do a delivery for me. - Elle

Christopher and Farid did such a great job, they worked together well. They wrapped my item, they went above and beyond at the delivery site, and I’d be happy to have them help me again! - Elle
Daniel and Pedro did a great job, getting all my items picked up and then placed where I asked them to leave the items. They did a great job with the seller, and at my place for delivery. - Elle

Awesome crew!! I am so thankful for their assistance and hard work. Delivered with a smile after having to cancel the first delivery due to the items weight. I am completely satisfied. Great job!!!! You did amazing. - Melanie
Johnathan and Christopher were on time, very agreeable and kind, took great care of my furniture, and made this delivery happen even at the end of their day. - Elle
Andrew and Christopher were very good delivery guys. Very polite, very helpful and professional. Seems like they’d be fun to hang around with from my short time spent with them. Felt bad they had a long day ahead of them (driving to deliveries) but the weather was good on the day they came. Should I ever need help moving again, I’d definitely ask for Andy and Chris again! 👍🏻 - Lisa
Great customer service, very helpful, and went above and beyond. Highly recommend them to anyone needing a delivery. - Brian
They were on time and friendly. Delivery was quick especially because I live only 5 minutes from the store where item was purchased. - Carrie
I was leery about using an app without being able to talk to somebody at first. The app is actually very communicative. it let me easily cancel my time and reschedule it twice, which I did because of weather. it showed me the MapQuest of my delivery and how many minutes away they were Isiah and Javair are very accommodating, polite, friendly and listened to my concerns. I will use this app again if needed and refer to anyone else who may need it. - Sheila
When they got here they were polite, introduced themselves . Friendly to my husband who was outside. Very careful W/ carrying in the heavy pc of furniture.
