Fabulous experience! Both Henry and Hussain were professional, courteous and really conscientious. They worked well together making sure they were both on the same page moving through obstacles like my sunken living room, kitchen island and my glass doorway with very bulky heavy load. I couldn’t be happier. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. Thanks guys! - Roberta
Muscles!! We had a large heavy glass table top that needed to be moved up 4 flights of stairs. Derek and Joao saved the day! We could not have moved it without them. - Tiffany
Took care while bringing in the items. Delivery included glass and they announced it as they brought it in. - Santosh
Jamal was careful with the stacking bookshelves and their glass. He was very professional and polite. - Kimberly
Amazing people! Super nice and truly cared to get the job done well. Calvin and Carl are very knowledgeable movers who used every moment wisely. They are not the type of movers that waste time in an attempt to get paid for additional time. They showed up on time and had smiles on their faces even during a very difficult move of a very large and very heavy and very fragile mirror. I would definitely recommend them and plan to use them again myself. - Alexandra
They were super friendly and on time. Overall it felt semi-professional and they could be a little more efficient (I had to point them towards Dollys at the storage unit to speed up the process because they only had a mini roller). They could wrap fragile things (I asked for a painting to be wrapped, but in the end they didn't do it). They forgot two draws of a drawer on the street, which I will need to drive over to the storage, that was a little unfortunate. - Olivia
Yolanda and Lamin showed up within their delivery window. They were very accommodating and professional. - Paulette
Wow! Nathan and Kenny arrived on the dot of 1:00 with a 1:00-2:00 window. They immediately started following the written instructions I had written on the request. From that moment on they were incredible. Personality, nothing was too much to ask, all was done and lifted and moved and put down with a genuine smile. Nathan was clearly the lead of the two. Direction to his teammate was clear. They worked efficiently. Not so fast that it would be risky to our property or their personal safety and not too slow that we would want to light a fire under them. Even-keeled pace. Also had great suggestions. Really appreciated Kenny’s attention to our needs. All in all, an easy peasy experience. Thanks!!!! We’ll be back because we’re always lugging something somewhere! - Meredith
Roland & Cherrell were great once they arrived. However (not their fault) they arrived almost three hours after the anticipated time window. The application should not give such inaccurate estimated times - especially when, looking at van on the map, it was clear that time window would not be achieved. Another thing- please have the wait time and tracking accessible to email as well as phone. - Oskar
Great attitude and very efficient! They were perfectly on time, at the early part of our window. Lifted and placed all the boxes perfectly with a smile on their face! - Tulsi
Friendly and very helpful. He was also untimely, and I was impress that when it said arriving, I looked out the window and there they were. - Janil
Both very polite and very fast, arrived way faster than anticipated (delivery window from 6-7, they were at my door by 6:01!) 5 stars. - Andrew
Quick, careful, observant, friendly, communicative. These luggers are about as good as movers get. I hired these two to move my home items from a 5×15 Somerville storage unit to a Waltham 1BR apartment. They arrived before their scheduled window, loaded all my things with speed and care, and checked I was ready to go under an hour. I encountered some bad traffic during the moving trip and reached my apartment some time after them, but they were patient and out of their van the moment they saw me arrive. The final drop-off was quick and painless, and they were quick to put my things right where I needed them. If I could hire these guys for my next move, I would. - Xander
Sochima and Carl were the greatest! I am so happy they came to help me with my move! They were gentle with my furnitures and professional but also friendly! Thank you guys! 🙏 - Pauline
A price estimate ahead of time would be very helpful. Plus, refrigerators are supposed to be moved upright, not laying down. That’s the whole reason I highered Lugg. The guys were kind and showed up - I appreciate that. - Michelle
They did awesome!! The piece of furniture was so heavy and they moved it with ease. They also assisted in spreading a rug. Great team! Thank you. - Elizabeth
Argeney and Victor were top notch movers. They have a kind and honest vibe before they even speak. They moved my mattress with incredible ease and care. I would absolutely want them to help me with any of my moving needs going forward. - Chris
David + Ken were awesome. They moved a massive and heavy bureau for me from a 3rd floor walk-up with narrow hallways. It was a beast of a moving job and they were kind, efficient and went above + beyond - even helping me put the finicky drawers back in place in its new home. Very impressed! - Natalie
Cristobal and Loloyon were absolutely incredible today. They were able to help with the move very efficiently and were INCREDIBLY patient and understanding when there was a miscommunication with access to my new apartment, they waited for over an hour with me and helped me to find a solution to get into the unit, even going so far to download my rental app to reach out to the support team when my phone would not connect! Thank you both so much so so much for all your kindness today!!! - Colleen
Isaac was really helpful and efficient! He was accommodating and made the move easy for me. I appreciated the regular updates I received about his arrival and the ETA for the dropoff location. Would highly recommend! - Sania
The movers were great and did the most they could out of the situation. However, the small moving van I had ordered never came and instead a 24ft giant moving truck came which significantly delayed the whole process as it did not fit in the original location, parking, or loading/unloading areas. - Julia
They were very good except it would have been nice if they removed the plastic covering the sofa. Was very difficult for me - Carol
They had a very difficult move with a large couch and several narrow flights of stairs. They did extremely well and I’m grateful for their help. Thanks so much!!! - Aaron
Fantastic movers, strongly recommend for anyone loving furniture or house. Professional and friendly. A pleasure to work with and punctual too! - Minaam
