Theses two guys were polite professional and got the job done (which was starting to look impossible.) I was really concerned when I got home and started thinking about if it would fit through the doors and up the stairs. They were as careful as could be but one corner of the couch got a little bit dirty BUT I don’t hold them responsible because I was expecting much worse and I was able to get it cleaned up. I tried making things as easy as possible for them by taking the doors off and I had to remove the light fixture at the top of the stairs in order for it to fit through the doorway to the apartment. I gave them both a cash tip and sent them on their merry way!
Very professional on time remove packing materials protecting furniture from damage. Overall, excellent service will use again and refer to friends and family.
Made sure to set up both pieces of furniture and move them around to where we wanted them! Also offered to remove shoes at the door. Very polite.

Yolando and Lamin were fantastic! They had to get a massive, very solid armoire into my kitchen. Our front hall is narrow and awkward and, after trying every which way, we went with plan B: take it through the backyard and haul it in through a side door that sits a good two feet above the ground. Throughout, Yolando and Lamin were consummate professionals. Their ability to calmly problem solve while carefully lugging a massive piece of furniture was second to none. I absolutely recommend them and will call Lugg for future moves!
This was the easiest move we’ve ever had thanks to Ammar and Cleevens! They were right on time, incredibly efficient, helped us break down a few furniture items, moved our furniture to their van, drove to UHaul, and loaded our UHaul Ubox in record time. They were so nice, funny, and trustworthy with all of our personal belongings. Everything was handled with care and nothing broke. I would hire them again in a heartbeat! These guys went above and beyond get a big, super heavy table into a U-Haul for me. At first we weren’t sure it could be done but they got creative and got the task done. Super friendly, professional, and would for sure hire them again.

Even though they couldn’t get my couch to where it needed to be because of my walls not allowing enough space to get in the area I wanted to.. But they tried their best! But it just didn’t work! Not their fault!
They did great, however, the van was not big enough for my tv. Also they did not have blankets, or wrap. Also, I had to do a lot of the lifting, had to take my own door off the hinges, and help them get the couch down the stairs. Things definitely got a little banged up. My white couch is toast. First time user of lugg. These gentleman were lifesavers. I tried to move a couch through a tight hallway with my uncle-in-law. We were getting nowhere so I put the couch in storage. Found Lugg while I was browsing the internet looking for solutions. The guys showed up in about 45 mins, told me they had it covered. In roughly 20 mins. The scooted and pivoted the big sucker through that doorway. Honestly, save me a lot of time and frustration. Thank you Mario and Julian

I have concerns as my off white couch arrived with 3 stains. Also, I needed to ask them not to walk on my new off white rug. I asked them about covering the couch especially due to the rain and was told Lugg doesn’t cover anything!! That sounds ridiculous! They were polite and arrived on time but the stains are unacceptable! I would appreciate hearing back from someone in charge! Thank you.
