Dushku and Steven went above and beyond to get a very very heavy piece of furniture into my condo. They were patient, understanding, and so effective. They helped me move my old TV console out of the way in order to put the new one where I wanted it to be. I couldn’t be more grateful that I had these two men to get the job done!! - Taylor
They did great, however, the van was not big enough for my tv. Also they did not have blankets, or wrap. Also, I had to do a lot of the lifting, had to take my own door off the hinges, and help them get the couch down the stairs. Things definitely got a little banged up. My white couch is toast. I gave them a cash tip. Friendly guys, wish they came with blankets or moving supplies. - Erin
This was an insane ask for a ridiculously size and weight of tv cabinet and these guys went way over and above. Couldn’t recommend higher! Thanks!! - Andrew
Julian and Agustin did an amazing and very professional job by transporting my new TV from the store to my apartment. They arrived on time and delivered it with extreme care and empathy. They helped us on a very challenging and special moment of our lives by delivering the product in such nice conditions. Thanks both for the wonderful job! I will definetely use Lugg on other ocasions! - Wellington
Amazing people! Super nice and truly cared to get the job done well. Calvin and Carl are very knowledgeable movers who used every moment wisely. They are not the type of movers that waste time in an attempt to get paid for additional time. They showed up on time and had smiles on their faces even during a very difficult move of a very large and very heavy and very fragile mirror. I would definitely recommend them and plan to use them again myself. - Alexandra
They were super friendly and on time. Overall it felt semi-professional and they could be a little more efficient (I had to point them towards Dollys at the storage unit to speed up the process because they only had a mini roller). They could wrap fragile things (I asked for a painting to be wrapped, but in the end they didn't do it). They forgot two draws of a drawer on the street, which I will need to drive over to the storage, that was a little unfortunate. - Olivia
David and Ken we're great. Very efficient and nice and protected my furniture w a moving blanket which was nice. - Tod
Isaac was awesome! He arrived quickly. Had moving blankets and a tarp. Helped us get loaded and secure. Great service! - Sara
Rudy and Harvey were amazing. They had a moving blanket and carefully wrapped my large item. They worked efficiently and were on time. Would hire again. Thank you so much! - Grace
AMAZING 🤩 TOTAL PROS Nathan and Jason were timely and extremely professional. They brought plastic furniture wrap, moving blankets, etc and took great caution with walls and common areas in both buildings. On top of that, they somehow managed to complete the job faster than any movers I’ve had in the past. They were friendly, quick, careful, and provided EXPERT work. 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Buffy
The furniture arrived in prime condition they had it covered with a blanket and they were very friendly. - Elisa
So quick and easy! And they put down a moving blanket to protect my hardwood floors without me asking them to. - Beth
Super friendly! They came prepared with blankets and plastic wrap and got the job done quickly. Highly recommend Lugg--especially Lance and Mark! - Heather
Thank you Deyson and Edward! Thank you for making my move happen so quickly and bring supplies to transport my items with care (blankets, straps, etc). I am very thankful for Lugg - it is distrusting the moving industry! I am recommending to my friends and family! - Paige
They did a nice job. Very communicative, respectful and efficient. Would have loved if they had wrapped the couch frame prior to moving it, but I did not ask or request this in advance so that is likely on me. - Julia
These two went above and beyond for me. I’m a single woman and I just bought a couch. They made sure the couch was wrapped in plastic before the move and they lifted it with care. Extremely cautious and careful. - Tara
Lance & Lamin did a great job moving two swivel chairs and a console for us. They were careful and wrapped everything. They are also just wonderful people. - Abigail
This team did a fabulous job wrapping up each piece of the sectional. They were punctual and professional. - Gina
They arrived at store promptly. They wrapped the buffet securely and protected it from the weather. They put the furniture in place and cleaned up. They were courteous and friendly. - Christine
They were courteous, in time, and placed the items as requested, unwrapped them, and removed the waste. - Bennett
They were very professional and had the furniture wrapped to protect it. They brought the furniture in and placed it where I needed it. - Maryanne
These guys are always the BEST! So punctual and they carefully wrapped the dresser for transport. The woman I bought the dresser from asked me for the name of the moving company I used bc she was so impressed, so these guys are bringing in new business! - Carolyn
Sultan was terrific, the problem was ikea. They should have told us that the couch bought as -is and pre-assembled needed to be wrapped or secured or protected. We didn’t know that ikea would not help secure the furniture and protect/cover the furniture. They also said it’s a one Lugg load if I help them when receiving the delivery. Anyways Sultan did a great job was professional and courteous. - Rachel
My daughter's new apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator. Their help was much appreciated. Also, I already tipped on my own. Great job! - Naomi

Bought a TV that won't fit in your car, or found one on Facebook Marketplace across town? Lugg picks it up and brings it home the same day, with movers on the way within the hour, from a big-box store, a warehouse club or a private seller. Lugg is an on-demand moving and delivery service that has carried a TV on more than 10,000 Luggs in the past year, from new sets still in the box to the living room TV headed to a new apartment. You'll see an upfront estimate before you book.
Lugg's TV moving service covers the TV you already have, too. Screens are fragile, so for the best protection Lugg recommends packing yours in a TV box for moving. No box? That's fine. Lugg movers wrap the screen in moving blankets and stretch wrap, carry it out standing on its edge and load it with the rest of your furniture. One Lugg covers everything that fits in the vehicle you book, so the TV stand, media console or entertainment center can come along too. About one in five Luggs with a TV include one.
Can you lay a TV flat? No. Keep a flat-screen TV upright whenever it moves. Lying flat puts the weight of the panel on the glass, and one hard bump can crack it. Lugg movers handle TV transport the same way: standing on its edge, padded and strapped, from the pickup to the room you choose. That matters most on very thin screens, like an LG OLED or a Samsung Frame TV.
Will a 65-inch TV fit in your car? Upright and in its box, it usually won't, and it shouldn't go in lying flat. 65 inches is also the most common size Lugg customers mention, followed by 55, 75 and 85, and Samsung is the brand they name most, then LG and Sony. A Van stands 4.5 feet tall inside and fits most boxed TVs upright, and it keeps them out of the rain. A Pickup works on a dry day, with the TV strapped upright and covered with a tarp. For a 98- or 100-inch screen, book an XL, which is 6.4 feet tall inside. Lugg's weight limit is 125 lbs per Lugger, or 250 lbs per item on any vehicle that comes with two Luggers: Pickup, Van, XL, Box or Box+.
Lugg movers carry your TV up the stairs or into the elevator and set it in the room you choose, on its stand if it's ready. Lugg movers don't take a TV off the wall or put one up, so if yours is wall-mounted, have it taken down before your Lugg arrives. Wiring and setup stay with an installer too, so book one for the same day and Lugg handles everything up to the wall.
