Theses two guys were polite professional and got the job done (which was starting to look impossible.) I was really concerned when I got home and started thinking about if it would fit through the doors and up the stairs. They were as careful as could be but one corner of the couch got a little bit dirty BUT I don’t hold them responsible because I was expecting much worse and I was able to get it cleaned up. I tried making things as easy as possible for them by taking the doors off and I had to remove the light fixture at the top of the stairs in order for it to fit through the doorway to the apartment. I gave them both a cash tip and sent them on their merry way!
Even though they couldn’t get my couch to where it needed to be because of my walls not allowing enough space to get in the area I wanted to.. But they tried their best! But it just didn’t work! Not their fault!
They did great, however, the van was not big enough for my tv. Also they did not have blankets, or wrap. Also, I had to do a lot of the lifting, had to take my own door off the hinges, and help them get the couch down the stairs. Things definitely got a little banged up. My white couch is toast. I gave them a cash tip. Friendly guys, wish they came with blankets or moving supplies.
This was a difficult job and they did amazingly well to maneuver a large couch through a small door. Very timely and professional. Some may have given up but they did not.
The two gentlemen who delivered and set up my new couches were absolutely wonderful! They arrived on time, were very professional, and handled everything with so much care. Not only did they put the couches together quickly, but they also made sure everything was set up perfectly before leaving. Super friendly and respectful throughout the whole process—I couldn’t have asked for a better delivery experience. Thank you so much!
They did excellent job. They took off the door and light fixture and everything to make the couch fit so they went the extra mile really appreciate that. The customers only comment was that they had to loan them some tools so it would just be good to have tools on the truck so that they could do that stuff without in case the customer didn’t happen to have tools
First time user of lugg. These gentleman were lifesavers. I tried to move a couch through a tight hallway with my uncle-in-law. We were getting nowhere so I put the couch in storage. Found Lugg while I was browsing the internet looking for solutions. The guys showed up in about 45 mins, told me they had it covered. In roughly 20 mins. The scooted and pivoted the big sucker through that doorway. Honestly, save me a lot of time and frustration. Thank you Mario and Julian

Harvey and Clifton were extremely professional and took great care of my items being moved and their surroundings in my home. They were both friendly and communicated with each other to make the move run as smoothly as possible. I have an old home with narrow doorways so moving my couch into the doorway was not an easy task. I have concerns as my off white couch arrived with 3 stains. Also, I needed to ask them not to walk on my new off white rug. I asked them about covering the couch especially due to the rain and was told Lugg doesn’t cover anything!! That sounds ridiculous! They were polite and arrived on time but the stains are unacceptable! I would appreciate hearing back from someone in charge! Thank you.
