Two awesome guys chatted with me while working and didn’t slow down one bit while doing so. They even helped me with my IKEA sfuff that arrived at the drop off location at the same time. Very efficient and made me feel comfortable and safe and a part of the process the whole time!
I cannot express how kind, helpful, and knowledgeable Angel and Ammar were. They safely got at least 6 pieces of ikea furniture in boxes upstairs in my building in less than 15 minutes. Everything was obviously handled with extreme care and undamaged. They were a lifesaver to someone unfamiliar with the area and just moving in. Highly recommend!
I live on the 4th floor and they brought my ikea sofa up four flights of stairs!! It was very heavy but they were so fast and incredibly nice! Thank you thank you!!! Definitely recommend

Juan and Miguel were communicative, punctual and reliable. They carried heavy items up three flights of stairs and inspired confidence in their service. When we realized that Ikea had left out two items meant for shipping, they offered to help with delivery the following day. Highly recommend.
They are amazing 5.0 stars they are very careful also, but our king size mattress was forgotten by ikea. Other than that no issues not the delivery drivers fault.

They went back to the store, and were persistent in getting IKEA to pull everything again because IKEA said they couldn’t find the order. They kept me informed of the progress the entire time, and made sure they got my entire order to me later that day.

Sultan was terrific, the problem was ikea. They should have told us that the couch bought as -is and pre-assembled needed to be wrapped or secured or protected. We didn’t know that ikea would not help secure the furniture and protect/cover the furniture. They also said it’s a one Lugg load if I help them when receiving the delivery. Anyways Sultan did a great job was professional and courteous.
These guys were amazing! Delivery took some time but that was not their fault. There was a ton of traffic which we ourselves were stuck in as well. They delivered our stuff from IKEA with tons of care and was super friendly. Even gave us tips on the neighborhood and made us feel extremely welcome to Cambridge!

Overall had a great experience end to end. I booked Sebastian to *Lugg* 4 pieces of furniture from IKEA to our apartment 45 minutes away. Once he had arrived (on time), it took about 10 minutes / two trips up and down to get all 4 pieces to our room via luggage carts that were provided by our apartment. Throughout the experience, Sebastian was friendly, patient, and very careful in making sure the furniture didn’t hit objects around us. Amazing job!
This was my second Lugg booking and I didn’t had much positive attitude towards Lugg due complete fiasco of my first Lugg, instead of my original item someone elses items got delivered to me in the first trip, which caused me lot of frustration, I had to work with Lugg and Ikea support to find a way to correct this issue, which took lot of my time, but this trip with Kevin was different, from the very start Kevin was very professional, kind and patient, he assured then he is going to take care of this from start to end and actually he did followed through end , did his best to get it all resolved on his own, was in constant touch with me about my returns. I would highly recommend Kevin for any future Lugg's, you can rely on him! Thanks you,
