The company was very good at communicating all steps during the pick up. I knew exactly when they would be arriving at pick up and drop off locations. My item was an 8 foot by 8 foot sectional and I selected the XL van and it was not an issue with space. The guys assembled it at my home, unfortunately one of the clips was not connected. So I will have to find someone else to do this for me. Otherwise they did a great job. I did tip them before they left - Joan

These guys were awesome. I got a heavy electric fireplace stuck halfway up my stairs. These guys got it into my dining room, easy peasy. While they were working, my 5-year-old autistic daughter was all in their space, trying to give hugs, trying to help, and asking 100 questions. They responded with patience. They were friendly and were simply wonderful. If that wasn't enough, they asked my son if he needed help figuring out how to work it and offered to get it plugged in and turned on.
