Despite having texts from me and photos of the email confirmations from Best Buy, they would not release one of the items to him. He was very persistent with them as I had texted him about our nephew and he called me to speak with Best Buy employees. Luckily they gave the items to him. He offered to even take the items to our nephew directly if he was allowed to his room. It was very kind of him.
