Had to get some furniture from IKEA. No regular UberX could fit the flatboxes, so needed a pickup truck and movers to help move them into my apartment (up 3 stairs) David & Nery - THANK YOU both so much! Efficient, quick, and easy. Tipped cash at end. - Bea
Dwayne and Hotson are fast, efficient and super friendly! Took great care of the furniture (had wraps and padding to cover it) and were very patient. Went down three flights of stairs with super bulky stuff. The truck obviously fits a lot. I’ll definitely contact them directly if I ever need anything again. Strongly believe that any that needs help will have a great experience with them for sure!!🛻🥳 🍀 - Matthew
This guy was great! So much room in his truck I should’ve called him first I would’ve gotten everything in one trip. Went above and beyond in the rain to help us move. - Shea
Great job! Tauren was everything I wanted in a mover. He arrived on time, professionally wrapped my shelving in blankets and then strapped it to the walls of his truck First time I used Luggs. Won’t me the last - Steven
They personally were very helpful and nice. And curious and worked well. I tipped them on site. I had a a lot of bags and a little furniture and they chose to put the bags in the truck first and they ran out of space. They needed to put the heavy furniture and the lighter bags and art etc in around and on top of the furniture instead. We had to use our own 2 cars to finish the job. That was the only issue that wasn’t troublesome. Thanks - Rhonda
Nice guys, clean truck. Very good experience. Will definitely use you guys again. Also, the tracking is very handy! - Sue
Sanjay was so kind and patient and came prepared with dollys and furniture covers and even brought a van even though the booking was technically for a pick up truck! I really appreciated that detail since it was raining pretty heavily the day he helped me move my things! I am so grateful for his help, he made a very stressful process much quicker and simpler!! Thank you so much Sanjay! - Taylor
Another great experience with Lugg. Max arrived on time. He was friendly and professional. Made sure anything breakable was properly wrapped and secured in the truck. Thanks again, Max! Excellent job!! - Kelly
Diego was fantastic! I called him last minute and he went above and beyond in terms of helping us move and set up my daughter’s apartment. His truck is spacious and he has the equipment necessary for a move. I thought he was terrific. Highly recommend! - Beth
Tauren came in a big box truck even though we had only ordered the basic pickup option. He was polite, quick and very friendly! - Matan
First time using Lugg and Edgar and Emmanuel were so helpful, careful with the items being moved and punctual. I’m moving apartments and needed a pick up truck to move the last items, the guys were great. - lidia
They were very careful with our painting and super friendly! We paid for a pick up truck and thankfully they came with a van which helped protect the painting even more!! So thankful for that! Very fast and easy delivery with great service and smiles :) - Andriani
Seamlessly helped move a table by showing up in a timely manner, making sure it was secured in the truck, and carrying it into and out of the apt. Highly recommend! - Ashlyn
These guys were great, they took extra care to make sure my belongings would stay dry in the truck when it was raining outside. - Ashna
I'm really thankful that my order arrived right on time as scheduled. But I want to share something else that made me even more grateful. Usually, I expect the IKEA delivery folks to just drop stuff at the apartment entrance and head out. So, I was waiting outside for the delivery truck like always. But today was different! A van with ‘Lugg’ logo showed up, and two delivery guys actually brought in my ordered table and the super heavy dresser right inside the building! One of them even asked me if I was living alone. When I told them I'm on the first floor, they didn't hesitate to carry that bulky dresser all the way into my apartment. This has never happened with my IKEA orders before. Anyhow, a big thanks for not just delivering my furniture on time, but for going the extra mile to bring it inside my apartment! - Younghee
Fast and effective duo - came with all the right equipment and had a very spacious truck. They were on time and at the destination 30 minutes after requesting a Lugg. In and out and done in less than an hour. - Daniel
I would give 10 stars if it was possible! Al & Jorby alerted me to their arrival! They arrived right on time! In the middle of a storm! Loaded their truck in under 3 minutes! Met me at Manhattan Mini Storage super fast! Transported my stuff to my storage unit and carefully placed it! Great experience all around! - Angela
They were extremely professional, friendly guys and arrived on time. I would say that when they arrived and I saw the size of the truck for such a small job I was a little surprised. - Sandradene
Emanuel was very nice, on time, and professional with the job. He was very careful with my furniture. He was flexible with the parking situation and patient with figuring out how to get it into my apartment. He was well equipped with a good sized truck and dollies. Overall, a great first experience with Lugg! - Autumn
Prepared with moving mats and carefully sorted items for transport. I wish I had more to fill the truck with - Sizable transport. Though it would be a pick up truck. Courteous and efficient transport. - Andre
Extra effort - they wrapped the pieces at IKEA before putting them in truck. They figured out how to get an oddly shaped piece up a stair with a 90 degree turn at the base. And they were incredibly polite. - John
these guys were great! John gave me a call from the pick up point to tell me one of the tables had a crack. It was extremely helpful to be able to mark their progress with the Lugg app., I was able to meet them outside when they arrived. I do question why it took 39 minutes to load the few items into their truck however. - Jared
Andrew and Najee were a wonderful, professional team. On time and efficient, they moved really quickly and got everything packed in their truck and onto my mom’s new place. I would absolutely hire them again for a big or small job. - Beth
Kevin was friendly, respectful, and efficient. He was super patient as we figured out how to work the service elevator, and after we got everything moved into the truck he made sure to strap everything down nice and securely. I’d recommend him to my friends and would like to use his services again. - Cooper

Moving out of a studio, clearing a storage unit, or taking a few pieces of furniture across town, and you need people and a truck at the same time? Lugg is an on-demand moving and delivery service where one Lugg covers both: movers with a truck who load, drive and unload your things, so there's no truck to rent, and no friends to round up. Movers are on the way within the hour, or you pick a one-hour window that suits you, up to 60 days out. You'll see an upfront estimate before you book, with no hourly minimums. Already have a truck? Lugg's labor-only movers handle just the loading and unloading.
Here's how to choose the right fit. When in doubt, size up.
Lugg movers bring dollies, furniture blankets, stretch wrap, lifting straps and tie-down straps. They carry everything out, up or down the stairs, wrap and strap it in the truck, and set it down in the rooms you choose at the other end.
A larger home sometimes takes two Luggs, and that's normal. Lugg's weight limit is 125 lbs per Lugger, or 250 lbs per item on any vehicle that comes with two Luggers: Pickup, Van, XL, Box or Box+. Anything heavier needs more Luggers on the job, so book a second Lugg for the same time window.
Have boxes packed and sealed before your movers arrive. One Lugg holds up to 5 stops, so a storage unit, an old apartment and a new one can all go on the same booking, and a move can run up to 150 miles. You can track your movers live from pickup to drop-off.
