They were very professional and friendly. They verified job details, determined the best way to move forward. There was hardware with the bed. They asked for a ziplock bag to keep the hardware with the bed. They kept me informed regarding arrival. Will definitely use them again! - Daphne
The guys were extremely polite and helpful. They wasted no time delivering and setting up my bed frame and mattress. I’d use them again!!!! - Lisa
A great tag team combo they should have the championship tag team belts they were having an issue getting it into the bedroom, and then they quickly solved it, got everything set up like very professional five stars! - John
Eric and Ricky went the extra mile to help put my mother’s bed base together. Very personable, respectful, and had very kind and encouraging words to say. Thank you so very much for helping me get through the day! - Taylor
The job looked impossible to me given their short bed truck, but they had a "can do" attitude and the expertise they needed to complete the task at hand and I applaud them for a job well-done! I highly recommend LUGG! - Tracey
Excellent service from both the gentlemen. Despite hiring them for just delivery they helped me assemble my bed as well. - Ankona
Kept me updated with texts. Arrived on time and were very appreciative! Quickly and professionally set up the bookcase. Very friendly!!!!! - Martha
Recommended. Very courteous and professional. Got merchandise in with no problem. Did not take long at all to deliver and setup. - Jacob
They were absolutely incredible! Super cooperative and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Despite the rain, they showed up on time, carried everything in, and completed the entire setup flawlessly. Their professionalism and dedication were truly impressive. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! - Nimra
The movers or Luggers were great! Lugg’s logistics, not so much. Apparently, Lugg didn’t contact the moving team until hours after I scheduled to have the item picked up from my sellers storage unit. The sellers were waiting for over 4 hours because Lugg failed with the logistics and communication. Again, great movers!!! They handled the item with care and helped assemble and position the deck furniture on our backyard patio. They should leave Lugg and start their own business. - El
Euc and Durell were positively amazing. I would recommend them to everyone! As soon as they arrived they were really friendly with a "what do you need" and "can do" attitude. Went above the expectations and were more than willing to help us with necessary dismantle and reassemble our fridge to get it in the house and where it needed to be. Ill definitely be coming back to them next time I need to. Thank you gentlemen! - Kara
Freddy and Jose were amazing, moved everything perfectly and assembled the furniture well! They were so kind, careful, efficient, communicated well, highly recommend them to anyone!! - Anita

Freddy and Jose were excellent! They were able to pick up my order from Katy and seamlessly deliver to my home in Spring. They were extra careful and paid a lot of attention to detail when unloading and delivering my items. They were great and I would recommend to anyone moving or needing a delivery service. - Cynthia
Communicated well throughout the pick up & delivery. They made our first time using the service very easy! - Tiffani
Great experience. I requested two string luggs and a pickup, but it was pouring rain. Lugg surprised me with a free upgrade to a big sprinter van. The luggers were friendly, professional, and resourceful as they navigated the heavy sofa through the narrow door and hallway of a multi cornered 106 year old apartment - George
Appreciate their assistance with moving a couple of small items at the pickup location - it was a great help!!! They did an excellent job moving the couch & were extremely careful with the walls/door openings. - Kathleen
So easy-good updates on pickup and delivery. Leonel & Jhubran were great communicators and brought the furniture right into our backyard. Our first time to use Lugg-will definitely use Lugg again! - Elizabeth

Does Mattress Firm deliver the same day? Lugg is the official delivery partner of Mattress Firm for in-home delivery and setup, so if you'd rather sleep on the new mattress tonight, same-day mattress delivery with Lugg is how to get it home. Lugg is an on-demand moving and delivery service that picks up mattresses, box springs, foundations and bed frames from Mattress Firm stores in Houston and carries them into your bedroom, the same day or on a day you schedule.
A mattress still in its box fits in any Lugg vehicle. A full-size mattress and box spring are a different job, because a box spring is a rigid frame and doesn't bend, so the tightest turn on the way to your bedroom matters more than the width of the front door. Twin, full and queen mattresses fit in a pickup truck, a cargo van, an XL or a box truck. A king mattress or California king doesn't fit in a cargo van, so book a pickup truck, an XL or a box truck, and size up one if the frame and headboard are coming too.
Lugg movers carry it up stairs, into elevators and down long hallways, set it in the room you choose, and can put the bed frame together while they're there. Enter the Mattress Firm store and your home address and you'll see your upfront estimate before anything is confirmed, with no hourly minimums. Lugg movers completed more than 1,700 Mattress Firm pickups in the past year, from more than 250 of its locations. Once you book, you can follow your Luggers on a live map from the store to your door.
