Great experience. I requested two string luggs and a pickup, but it was pouring rain. Lugg surprised me with a free upgrade to a big sprinter van. The luggers were friendly, professional, and resourceful as they navigated the heavy sofa through the narrow door and hallway of a multi cornered 106 year old apartment - George
Appreciate their assistance with moving a couple of small items at the pickup location - it was a great help!!! They did an excellent job moving the couch & were extremely careful with the walls/door openings. - Kathleen
So easy-good updates on pickup and delivery. Leonel & Jhubran were great communicators and brought the furniture right into our backyard. Our first time to use Lugg-will definitely use Lugg again! - Elizabeth
Freddy and Jose were communicative and thorough during pickup, making sure they had all expected items loaded. Planned the unload and moving of my white furniture carefully so that it was clean. They were very courteous and professional. I highly recommend. - Matt

They were great! Accommodated my changing needs and timing issues perfectly. I’m grateful for their help. - Asli
They came out quickly and did the job well. The only thing with this company was the pricing was confusing. I thought it was going to be about $70 and it turned out to be $144. The entire pricing needs to be advised in advance. - Giocasta

Juan & Eugene sid an excellent job delivering my 60" mirror. A large mirror can be difficult to maneuver and handle but they treated perfectly and it arrived in perfect condition. I really appreciated their attention to detail and courteous service. - Catherine
Santiago did great, but you should have sent more than one person, this should be at least a two man job - vincent
Tyrine and Camaree were delightful and managed to get a 200lb dresser up three flights of stairs. They were super friendly and fast. I definitely recommend them! - Elizabeth
