The movers or Luggers were great! Lugg’s logistics, not so much. Apparently, Lugg didn’t contact the moving team until hours after I scheduled to have the item picked up from my sellers storage unit. The sellers were waiting for over 4 hours because Lugg failed with the logistics and communication. Again, great movers!!! They handled the item with care and helped assemble and position the deck furniture on our backyard patio. They should leave Lugg and start their own business. - El

I did give $10 to the gentlemen for a tip yesterday. I will rate the experience high, but some feedback would be to use blankets as the leather couch was just put in the back of the truck and a strap was put across the side arm to hold it into the truck without any protection.
