The job looked impossible to me given their short bed truck, but they had a "can do" attitude and the expertise they needed to complete the task at hand and I applaud them for a job well-done! I highly recommend LUGG! - Tracey
Rolled the large items up to me on the 3rd floor when the parking garage could not be cleared with their truck. Great attitudes, friendly. - Molly
Euclides and Eric were incredible. They were fast, professional, and really knew what they were doing. I needed to move items from one storage facility to another. It was not one that was a drive up, so that required extremely long hallways moving multiple crates, etc. Wow, Euclides and Eric simply looked it over, started loading the only small carts available, and it was done in minutes. Couldn't believe it. They worked hard and fast and safely delivered my belongings to the new storage facility in no time. I was so very impressed with them that I will always call Lugg when I need any of the services they provide. - Deborah
The movers or Luggers were great! Lugg’s logistics, not so much. Apparently, Lugg didn’t contact the moving team until hours after I scheduled to have the item picked up from my sellers storage unit. The sellers were waiting for over 4 hours because Lugg failed with the logistics and communication. Again, great movers!!! They handled the item with care and helped assemble and position the deck furniture on our backyard patio. They should leave Lugg and start their own business. - El
Leonel and Jhubran went above and beyond. Absolutely professional, efficient and pleasant the whole time. The boxes they had to move were extremely heavy, and they handled everything with great care and attention to detail. I highly recommend this team and Lugs. - Edwin
Their professionalism was where they excelled. In difficult all day rainy conditions, they still showed up exactly when the appointment was scheduled. And to top it off, they showed up with a friendly attitude and asked me where I wanted the boxes to be placed. Top notch customer service. Because of these two gentlemen, I will be using lugg in the future. They should be managing a team. I am serious. - Victor
Had a super speedy delivery. Derek and Gabriel are very kind and respectful and even offered to relocate my boxes from the front door to the garage. They did fantastic and I would highly recommend them. - Sehar
Absolutely fantastic men! Got up to the 3rd floor in less than 5minutes with 2 huge boxes from Ikea. Very funny too. Thank you :D - Heather
I loved the communication. Dominique called before leaving IKEA and was kind enough to confirm the total number of boxes before leaving. - Jessica
Tyrine and Camaree were delightful and managed to get a 200lb dresser up three flights of stairs. They were super friendly and fast. I definitely recommend them! - Elizabeth
Kassoum and Ibrahim were great! They were on time, friendly, and fast! They were very careful moving a bookshelf upstairs for me and even helped me move a dresser that was already in my room. - Carmen
Nyleve and Stephanie were great! They delivered my glass dining room cabinet and solid wood dresser with so much care, even with all the stairs! Would definitely use them again! - Lauryn
Appreciate their assistance with moving a couple of small items at the pickup location - it was a great help!!! They did an excellent job moving the couch & were extremely careful with the walls/door openings. - Kathleen
I’m so so thankful for these two kind men! They helped deliver my couch, were so efficient, kind, and respectful. I absolutely would recommend them to anyone! - Madison

Great service and super friendly staff, they came and helped bring the couch inside our home in no time. Definitely we will use this service again. I already have the app. - Alejandro
Last delivery of the night and they still had an amazing attitude and were ready to move our couch upstairs! First time using this delivery service and I would recommend them any time. - Ana
Friendly people, I was even saying my couch isn’t going to fit to them, because I confused my measurements. My door is not easy to get into to. But they insisted on trying until they got it right. I highly recommend them and couldn’t praise them enough! - Leslie
Both Cedric & Ibrahim were very helpful. They worked very fast and got the job done at good time. They even figured out a way to get my couch inside my apartment when it didn’t fit through the front door. Very happy with their service. Thank you. - Sunthyaseth
So apparently I bought a couch that was way too big to fit into my doorway!! But they made it work! They were so driven and committed to helping. They were also so so so friendly! I’m pretty sure they saved my life because there was no way that I could ever have done what they did. - Audrey
I am so thankful of you guys coming to help move our couch. The communication was perfect. You guys are very communicative and made my marketplace purchase effortlessly easy. Thankful, would recommend to anyone ! - Brittnee

Moving out of a studio, clearing a storage unit, or taking a few pieces of furniture across town, and you need people and a truck at the same time? Lugg is an on-demand moving and delivery service where one Lugg covers both: movers with a truck who load, drive and unload your things, so there's no truck to rent, and no friends to round up. Movers are on the way within the hour, or you pick a one-hour window that suits you, up to 60 days out. You'll see an upfront estimate before you book, with no hourly minimums. Already have a truck? Lugg's labor-only movers handle just the loading and unloading.
Here's how to choose the right fit. When in doubt, size up.
Lugg movers bring dollies, furniture blankets, stretch wrap, lifting straps and tie-down straps. They carry everything out, up or down the stairs, wrap and strap it in the truck, and set it down in the rooms you choose at the other end.
A larger home sometimes takes two Luggs, and that's normal. Lugg's weight limit is 125 lbs per Lugger, or 250 lbs per item on any vehicle that comes with two Luggers: Pickup, Van, XL, Box or Box+. Anything heavier needs more Luggers on the job, so book a second Lugg for the same time window.
Have boxes packed and sealed before your movers arrive. One Lugg holds up to 5 stops, so a storage unit, an old apartment and a new one can all go on the same booking, and a move can run up to 150 miles. You can track your movers live from pickup to drop-off.
