Dmetry and Maksim were incredibly reliable and helpful! I had been struggling to get a heavy couch out of my home for months, and they got it done safely and efficiently in less than 30 minutes. I’m so grateful for their help and professionalism. I’ll definitely be using Lugg again in the future! - Tori
The Luggers were friendly and efficient, especially Namir. The sofa was delivered in perfect condition. However, our bill was way higher than estimated because they struggled to park and took nearly 1 hour to do so. - Hydra
They were amazing!!!!! I was struggling with the public storage because they canceled my unit by accident and patiently waited to get everything done. They are the true experts. - Jaewon
Martino and Jaequan came to deliver a bed and when they arrived I was struggling to take apart the bed I had to remove. They helped to take apart the old bed and they put together the new one- which would have taken me a long time and reinforcements to figure out. I was having a hard morning and was so grateful for their help. They were also prompt and communicative. I would definitely recommend them. - Maura
The team was fantastic- they put a rug under a pool table - heavy lifting & strategically moving so rug was centered. Fast & efficient!! - Marjorie
Had to wait quite some time, but was kept informed. Gave cash tip as they kindly took my carpet up a flight of stairs Thanks Jerome and Edgar! - naomi
Friendly and thoughtful! They even took off their shoes when they saw we had done the same on the carpet - Paul
They waited patiently while I worked out the They waited patiently while I worked out the COI situation with Lugg corporate and my building. They were very respectful of my home and my mother’s where they delivered the couch. - Pamela
These two gentlemen’s took on a challenge!! They picked up a loft bed for me at Home Depot and brought it back to my home and assembled it. it was quite a challenge to build, but they both had positive attitudes and was able to pull through and put it together. - Jessica
I didn’t realize the HomeGoods store opened at 9:30 and I chose the 9 to 10 time slot for pick up. But they were kind, and communicated with me, and still came at the time slot that I picked. What a wonderful service and really terrific gentlemen. - Sandy
This is for Lugg specifically, not the drivers. Selected pickup for between 3-4, as my partner at home needed to leave at a certain time. Pickup was at 445 which prevented my partner from being able to leave and missed an event. There was no mention that there was a possibility that I would have to wait almost an hour. - Travis
Truly couldn’t have asked for a better first experience with Lugg. They were unbelievable- the kindest, smartest, best movers I could possibly have imaged. safely transported my antique piece down 5 flights and then safely into my home. And they were unbelievable kind and easy going. Just truly the best. - Alison
The guys were great! They were so fast getting to and from the sites and they brought up and placed the items in the home as needed. Highly recommended. Thanks so much!!! - Jaclyn
