Carlos and Kevin were incredible. Very friendly and efficient, and helped make my donation to Habitat for Humanity a seamless experience.
They sent a photo showing the furniture dropped off at donation center. The best time experience I have had using Lugg!
John was great and helped us move some donation items! In the end, some items were not accepted and John helped get them back to us with grace!

They came quickly and loaded all of our donations into the back of their Sprinter van. Goodwill kind of screwed us because they said they take furniture on their website. But thankfully, our Luggers found a new family for our chairs outside of the Goodwill. Life is funny but I'm happy they went to a new home!
The pickup was great. However, when they got to the drop off location, which was the west side housing works location, they were told that bed frames were not accepted. I had specifically filled out that I sending 2 twin bed frames and 4 counter stools, and dishes. As I found your company on the Housing works website, and entered exactly what I was donating, this makes no sense. Then there was a question as to whether I had paid you as a company- Lugg, which I also didn’t understand as I had given a credit card and a payment. It seems you have no association with housing works, and these two people don’t seem to actually work for you. Independent contractors perhaps? They were lovely, but the process was a failure.
Alonso and Denmark right on time. Alonso was exceptional - friendly, professional. Both worked efficiently and were out of my home quickly and made a prompt delivery to the nonprofit where I donated the furniture.
Nathaniel and Tyrone arrived early at the pickup location which I greatly appreciate as parking can be tricky. They moved 4 pieces of furniture for me and everything arrived wrapped and in great condition.
Hired this team for a bigger FB Marketplace pickup and they went through the trouble to let me know that one of the items was damaged when they got there, which I so appreciate. They were very thorough and great to work with! Thank you!

Wilmer and Glenroy were phenomenal! They helped move a large TV stand quickly and even arrived at the pickup destination early~ I couldn’t have had a better experience!
My feedback doesn’t have to do with the two actual movers who were lovely, but with the company, which is an absolute wreck! Will absolutely not be using again. For piece of mind and to save my own time, I chose to use lugg to transport one piece of furniture that I was purchasing from someone. Of course they didn’t even let me know until after my pickup window expired, through an automated text that it will be over an over before my item will even be picked up. The seller of my item left… meanwhile there’s no number to call! I spend over an hour trying to “chat” with “support” which took forever because there were severe gaps of time waiting for each response, just to further give me no helpful information. I begged the seller to come back and gave another time frame to lugg… (same day) AGAIN the same thing happened… after the time ran out, only then was I texted that it will be again over an hour before anyone will come to pick it up… again… nothing from a real person and I once again had to go through the dreaded chat. Terrible terrible terrible service. In the end I wasted way more time and money and got no peace of mind whatsoever!!!! It’s a shame because you’re doing your own workers a disservice. The movers were lovely.

Delroy was communicative, professional, and friendly. He handled the delivery with care! Love the live tracking interface. It’s very useful especially in coordinating with a different party for pickups and delivery. I use FB marketplace often and when I need delivery in a pinch I’m able to book quickly and with ease. My order had a billing error which charged for an extra hour of labor. Thankfully Delroy verified the technical issue and the support team was diligent in correcting it. Will definitely be using again!
Delroy was fantastic. He arrived early, which ended up being a real boon for this pickup. There was some difficult navigation with this furniture item and he went along with all of it without a complaint. He was helpful and communicative the whole time. No complaints, excellent work.

This is for Lugg specifically, not the drivers. Selected pickup for between 3-4, as my partner at home needed to leave at a certain time. Pickup was at 445 which prevented my partner from being able to leave and missed an event. There was no mention that there was a possibility that I would have to wait almost an hour.
They were so quick with their pickup — I was very impressed. I was initially nervous because this was the first lugg I did without being there myself but Gabe and Brandon were great. Thank you so much!

As someone from out of town, I really appreciated how helpful they were in navigating the city. Their patience and care while waiting for the building teams to grant access to the loading docks was a tremendous help. They truly went above and beyond, not just with the load itself, but also with their excellent customer service and strong work ethic. Thanks, guys!
Lugg is amazing! I booked last minute because I needed a freezer moved urgently before a power outage and the pickup was totally seamless. The luggers were on time, professional and moved quickly. I will definitely be using Lugg!
Sendes and Tyrone stepped in after another team were blocked from the pickup address by NYC road closures. They were fast and professional—and kept their cool when our cat came flying out from behind a curtain.
Jack was amazing!!! He was super helpful when I had to pickup my couch for my new apartment. He went above and beyond and helped me carry it into my place! Very kind. Very helpful. 100/10!
