What great service. I don’t even know about Lugg until this morning. I booked someone to move a couch and Nathaniel and Noel arrived a few hours later, right on time and weee so helpful and professional. I’m glad to know this is available, esp last minute on a weekend, and the service could not be better!
Tyrone and Justin were amazing movers. So efficient! They helped us with moving two couches out of an apartment and then into another apartment. Their communication prior and during the lugg was excellent, making it easy to express what we needed from them for the job. I highly recommend them if you need help moving big things!
These men defied all laws of physics to fit a HUGE couch into my tiny apartment. They are true American HEROES!!!
Super super sweet guys! They coudlnt get my couch up the stairs and spent a lot of time trying to do so, so they left it. But then my friends and I got it up after they left which was unfortunate with all the time and money spent.
I had a great experience with Kadeem and Javiar, they moved a couch perfectly and efficiently. Would definitely lugg with them again!

Diego and Hotson worked really smart to get a giant couch through a tiny, complicated space. They worked hard and solved complex moving problems very effectively, that some worse movers might have given up on.
Brandon and Elijah went above and beyond. They had all the tools to remove the legs for my couch pick up. Even carried it up a flight of stairs without a single scratch anywhere. They were super friendly and professional. Highly recommend them.
These guys were great. Took apart a sectional couch and carried it down a 4th floor walk up, and then reassembled it in the new apartment. Very friendly
