They were efficient, careful with my belongings, and super friendly and professional. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend them! - Emma
Bersley & Vernon were amazing. Super quick and even helped put the drawers in the media console. We tipped them in cash. Thank you! - Sarah
Heron helped me with moving my stuff to a storage unit and he went above and beyond with being so patient and courteous with everything I had to do. I appreciate his professionalism and woukd definitely love to have him again. - Channa

Extremely helpful mover and even helped take apart my ikea furniture and remove the old rusted AC unit bracket. Couldn’t have asked for a better person to help with our 5 floor walk up move! - Olivia
Both were amazing! Friendly and really helpful—saw I was having a hard time with a door and helped me figure out how to get it open. Great guys, would very highly recommend and hope to use again! - Grayson
I had a fantastic experience with our delivery! Our lugger was so friendly and genuinely cared about making sure everything arrived safely. They didn't just drop the items off; they actually helped us get everything situated right into our storage space, which was a huge help. Great communication and excellent service all around! - Daniella
This was my first experience with Lugg. Tauren and Kristian were great. Professional, quick, easy going . . . This was a return at IKEA and they helped me get inside and waited until I was all set working with a customer service rep before asking if it was ok for them to go. Five stars, will absolutely be using and recommending Lugg! - karen
Sadiki and Kevin were an absolute pleasure! They helped me move lots of donation boxes as well as boxes coming to my new place and checked everything thoroughly. There were quick and friendly, I would absolutely reccomend them - Taylor
Wagner and Henry were warm, kind and professional and great problem solvers for a getting a unique piece in through a tight door. They helped rearrange with respect and care to get the job done. - Hilary
Glenroy & Fousseni were awesome! Very kind, genuine and prompt. Helped me moved a few things into a storage unit from my apt ! Would call them again! - Caitlin
A lot of unforeseen circumstances and lots of construction in the way but they were super efficient and helped me out a whole lot. Can’t thank them enough! - Emily
Fantastic job by both, they were both incredibly proactive and helpful and really helped to make the most out of my move. Superb! - Peyton
10 STARS!!! Cannot say enough about Orandae. He was tasked with loading an impossibly heavy wardrobe (which was described - inaccurately - to me as "very light"). He was so incredibly kind and patient, and somehow never stopped smiling. He helped troubleshoot setting the wardrobe up (it came in multiple pieces) and even spent his time helping us level it to make sure it wouldn't tip over. DEFINITELY went above and beyond, and on his way out the door wished me a happy Mother's Day. I hope Lugg recognizes him - what a great guy. Start to finish the best service I could have hoped for. - Cary
These two were so helpful and efficient! Stayed with me while we were having issues at the storage space and helped me get to the bottom of it! - Melanie
Paul and Hotson were great movers. They are both experienced, intelligent, and are great communicators. and they really helped us out when we were in a bind. Thanks so much to a great team! - Dennis
Helped me move everything and even more from one storage unit to another! We’re very generous with adding a few more items on and even offered. Super swift move. Same day turnaround. Would use again in a heartbeat. 10/10 service. - Ryan
Wilmer and Brandon did a great job wrapping our couch to protect it! They even helped with assembly once delivered - thanks!! :) - Katherine
Micheal & Jean were super friendly and very helpful. Their patience and professionalism helped the move go very smoothly. They even removed some extra large cardboard boxes for me! - Allie
They went above and beyond and helped me vacuum behind the furniture after they moved it. They are so professional and helpful. - Shira
I would definitely use this service again if all your movers work like these two gentlemen that helped me - Anthony
Theo and Octavio were excellent. They were kind, professional, and patient, and they handled my antique furniture with great care. They braved the freezing cold, efficiently loaded items into my vehicle, and helped move things out of a storage unit. Highly recommend! - Whitney
Wilmer and Glenroy were phenomenal! They helped move a large TV stand quickly and even arrived at the pickup destination early~ I couldn’t have had a better experience! - Malia

1-800-PACK-RAT delivers the container and comes back for it — what goes inside is a labor job, and it isn't part of the container rental. That's boxes and furniture carried out of the house and stacked so nothing shifts on the road, or the whole thing emptied at the other end with each piece carried to the room it belongs in. Lugg is an on-demand moving and delivery service that loads and unloads portable storage containers in New York City, same day, for anyone who's already got the container and needs the lifting done.
Not 1-800-PACK-RAT. They deliver the container on a date you picked and come back for it on another one, and the loading in between is booked separately: they refer you out to a labor marketplace where you compare providers and pay by the hour. Lugg is one booking instead. Enter your address, choose the crew size you need, and movers can be on the way in as little as an hour, or scheduled up to 60 days in advance. Labor's billed by the minute with no hourly minimum, so a container that takes forty-five minutes to load costs forty-five minutes. If the container turns up late, tap Edit Truck or Arrival Time on the booking and move the crew to another day, any time before they're dispatched.
1-800-PACK-RAT sets the container down where the delivery truck can get to, which is a driveway, a parking space, or the street, and rarely right outside your door. That carry is usually the clock, more than the stacking is: a long driveway, a walk out to a shared lot, or a flight of stairs before you even get outside. Unloading has its own version of this, because everything at the back of the container comes out last. Say which rooms things belong in before the crew starts and the boxes end up where they're meant to, rather than stacking up in the hallway.
