They took extra care with the piece, came prepared with wrapping and went above and beyond to shore up some screws that were in need to repair/attention. Very communicative, respectful and timely. Unfortunately, most of my belongings got wet because it was raining and water was leaking into the van. I would have also liked if my mirrors, TV, and other breakable items were wrapped.

They moved my parents stuff over an hour away, including two heavy machines, "lugging" them down to the bottom floor, through the back entrance, and even took some additional items, which weren't originally going. They were friendly and helpful, taking good care of the delicate and fragile items, wrapping them up in moving blankets. This is the second time I use Lugg, and both times I had a pleasant experience.
