My street was closed and Delroy was quick to find a solution and walked my furniture around the block and helped carry it up 2 flights of stairs. So incredibly helpful!!!

Really nice and professional, pushed through to deliver even though I didn’t realize there was a parade literally blocking off nearby streets! Great team!
When the Luggers started the move in the app at 9:04 pm. However, they were not at the pick up spot. I sent them a text message at 9:07 pm and then called at 9:08 pm. The Luggers said they were in another street, despite there being an open parking space and I had the item (a portable washing machine) on the curb. They drove up at 9:11 pm and very quickly, in about three minutes, and drove to the destination. However, the app shows that the pickup time was 12 minutes, which definitely was not the case. It would be great to have the order updated with the accurate time at the pickup. Thank you.
On time arrival, efficient (and very strong!) even during heavy rain and on a small street. Even helped me bring a few to the door! Amazing work, thank you so much!
Brett and Leonardo were fantastic!! They really were thorough and good natured when I messed up the address and gave them the address for the building across the street by accident. These guys are great and I would totally recommend them and their service
Delroy and Terelle were excellent to work with. They were patient with me (even when the storage company rerouted us across the street). I would absolutely use them again for any of my moving needs!

Booked a Lugg last minute after another service messed up a booking, and feel so lucky to have gotten Francis and Hassun! Everything was smooth sailing with them and they handled annoyances like street closures on both sides and a fourth floor walkup with no sweat. Would definitely move with them again.
They listened to me, brought up both pieces of my couch with ease and professionally, and even cut up all the cardboard (and there was a ton) and put it into bags on the street for me! So helpful.
Dude, I watched these guys guide a school bus through a crowded street. KINGS👑 super nice dudes and really made sure they carried in my new couch with care. Awesome work, guys!
They were so wonderful! I do want to note that the time started before they arrived at my first location because they had trouble getting onto the street, so I wonder if I was charged for 10 extra minutes of labor time.
Denroy and Jeremiah were really awesome!! They were very kind, accommodating and extremely careful with our furniture. We had a hiccup with construction on our street and they were extremely flexible with parking and needing to move the furniture twice! I would highly recommend them again.
Jeremy and Sadiki took amazing care with moving my plants to my new apartment, which had been stressing me out the most about the move- it meant the world to be that they handled my plants with such care and efficiency! And also they were super nice and cool!
