Great work by this team! The fridge would have been better transported via Pickup Truck since the unit could not stand upright in the Box Truck. Please endeavor to send the right equipment so that the drivers are not put in a bad position. - Ted
Art and Allen were awesome! Went above and beyond, great guys, worked hard and efficiently, took extra time to secure our stuff in the UHaul. Would use them again, 100%! - Patrick
Very professional and resourceful at the pickup which required navigating parking challenges, a longer distance haul and meeting with a third party on our behalf. - MATTHEW
The guys did an excellent job and went above and beyond helping us remove flooring under some very heavy piece of furniture and hauling it away for us. Couldn’t be happier with their work. I will recommend lug and these particular movers to everybody. - David
These guys were GREAT - helped me quickly with some hauling. Really appreciate the communication too. - Leslie
We had movers booked through U-Haul and they never showed up. Robert and Maher showed up within an hour and knocked this out. They were friendly and efficient - Guy
Carlos and David did an amazing job helping me deliver a 77 inch TV, they not only came ready to protect the TV with furniture blankets but also had the necessary tools to remove the stand to ensure a safe delivery. Would use this service and them again! 5 stars! - Shawn
They were fantastic! Showed up on time, took the item and drove to the next destination. They delivered the item with care at the destination address and even removed the old mattress as well for us. Top notch! - Rhoda
Very kind and respectful of us and our house. Removed old mattress and installed our new mattress. They took away all packing material as well. - Franklin
The boys got there at the appointed time. Took them no time at all to bring in the mattress, remove the plastic and place on our box springs. Thanks guys! - Patti
These guys knew what they were doing. They had all the equipment that they needed, and took great care of them actually removing for me. - DawnMarie
Helped coordinate another lugg to remove a furniture piece for donation that couldn't be scheduled with store delivery in one order, thanks! - Lori
Cared for the item as they removed it from the truck and brought it in to the home, placing just where we asked. They were also very pleasant. - Bruce
These two guys absolutely rock! We love them at our clay club. Thank you Julio & Ivan. We want you to be the guys EVERY time we need our clay delivered. They know how to count, stack and maneuver the handtruck. Thanks again!! - Natalie

Eric & Braden, are really expert movers and provided an excellent service on delivering, unpacking and installing properly the Macy's furniture. Thanks a lot and keep up your good work. - Cruz
They were very kind and efficient. They cleaned up their mess and it didn’t take them long to make the delivery. - Amy
This service was a lifesaver for me as I have a little car & this couch did not fit. Both were friendly, prompt, communicative & went beyond just delivering the couch & cabinets. They offered to help set up & rearrange, but we didn’t need that. Definitely will use your service again if needed & will request Gabriel & Ivan. - Melissa
Very grateful to have the help of Denzzear and Justin! They delivered my marble table with professionalism and made sure the item was handled with care. I’ll gladly rebook with Lugg! Fantastic team, very friendly. Thank you for your help! - Bree

A real Christmas tree is a bad fit for a car in every way at once: it's long, it's heavier than it looks, the branches spring back out the moment the netting comes off, and it leaves sap and needles on whatever it rides on. So in practice the tree decides the vehicle. You pick the tree at the lot, the farm, the nursery or the hardware store, pick the truck it lies flat in, and a crew meets you there to load it and carry it inside. A Christmas tree delivery service is really just that: a truck, a crew, and the hour you'd otherwise spend tying a fir to a roof rack. Lugg is an on-demand moving and delivery service that carries Christmas trees in Phoenix, real or artificial, for people who have found the tree they want and no way to get it home.
A fresh-cut tree travels lying down, so measure the load space, not the tree. A Lugg pickup bed is at least 6 feet inside wall to wall, a van is at least 8 feet long, an XL van at least 10, and a box truck 12 to 16. A boxed artificial tree is easier to handle, though a pre-lit nine-footer in its carton is bulkier and heavier than most people expect. The crew brings furniture blankets, stretch wrap and tie-down straps, and a pickup also carries a tarp, which is what keeps sap and needles out of a car you'd otherwise be vacuuming until spring. Have the stand out and ready before the crew arrives, and they can carry the tree to the room you name and set it into the stand once it's there. One Lugg can make up to five stops, so the tree, the stand and a detour to the storage unit for the ornaments are one trip rather than three.
Christmas tree disposal is the harder trip: the tree is dry by then, the netting is long gone, and it drops needles on every surface between the living room and the door. Lugg moves it out the same way it came in, with one difference that matters: you choose and provide the destination, whether that's a recycling drop-off, a mulching site or a disposal site. Lugg carries the tree there and nothing more, so finding the site and checking its hours are on you. Many towns also run a free Christmas tree pickup at the curb for a week or two in January, which is worth checking first. Where that falls down is an apartment, because a dry tree coming down four flights and across town isn't the trip a curbside program covers.
