Bryan and Justin were great. They picked up my table at my place of purchase on time, wrapped it correctly to travel in the truck, unwrapped it, and placed it in my house beautifully. And what are the chances, but Justin had been here the last time I hired Lugg to move furniture around the house so I was happy to see him again.
Justin and Amado did an amazing job. They were communicative and friendly. They also figured out how to get my big dining room table through a small doorway. 100% would recommend!
These guys were absolutely fantastic!! I wish Lugg had read my note about the table being extremely heavy (300#!) as this posed a bit of a problem for them but they went above and beyond for me and got it done anyways. They brought their own tools, and strapped it down before they left so I know they took care of it. I wish I could pick specific movers, I would go for Charles and Kyree every time!
brought the table upstairs, had it wrapped well & protected, good communication throughout the process
They followed directions i texted them, nice and relatable, and also to the point! Would trust these guys 100%!
This was a difficult job, the dining room table had a concrete top.. very heavy. They were able to handle it! Also spent time measuring to ensure they could fit everything in the van. Very personable. Definately would recommend them.
Marvin and Arte did a perfect job delivering my table for the backyard!!! They were kind and courteous, and I couldn’t ask for a better delivery!

This was my first time using Lugg. I was a little apprehensive. I bought a power reclining leather sectional and coffee table from OfferUp an hour away from me. The combination of not having to drive 2.5 hours AND find someone to help me unload it at my house made Lugg an obvious choice. Guy and Aaron were considerate, focused, and organized. They wasted no time, which was good since I chose to pay by the minute. They even moved my antique corner unit effortlessly. I will definitely use Lugg again. Strong work guys!
Great service, friendly gentleman. Only issue is the glass tabletop was placed on the base upside down, and I cannot flip it myself due to the weight of the glass.

The only complaint was they didn’t arrive at the target time and I didn’t know when to expect but other than that, a great team and great guys that helped do something that seemed insurmountable to us. Thank you!

I placed an order with Lugg and in five minutes George called me and communicated there ETA. Then, called again, when at the warehouse to confirm my mattress order was correct and gave me his ETA for delivery. Then quickly and efficiently installed my 2 adjustable bed platforms and showed me they worked correctly. Then, carefully placed my new mattresses on there platforms. Then proceeded to clean up all the packaging and found me to say thank you and good-bye. I responded with a well deserved tip. Great professional service. Thank you Rob and George, the Dynamic Duo.
The drivers were great on the delivery end, hence the 5 stars. The timing , however, and no fault of theirs, was far from acceptable. No drivers were available in Tucson so they had to commute from Phoenix and took more than twice the promised time to make the delivery.
Punctual and friendly and even measured to see what could fit in the van. Lifted the table high to make it through our entrance.
