They were not just on time, they were earlier than their quoted time. They broke down the furniture and even promised to send me the donation receipt if they couldn’t come back to give it to me. The two gentlemen picked up and arrived at the donation drop off location only to be told the donation couldn’t be accepted but were told to go to another location 10 minutes away. They offered to deliver it out of the kindness of their hearts.
I can’t say enough positive about this pair. They carefully placed rugs and pads beneath beds and sofa in two locations, moved furniture and took furniture to Goodwill for donation. All done with a smile and courtesy. We have always had a great experience with Lugg and these guys were exceptional.

When picking up a tv from best buy Carlos called immediately when there was an issue verifying them as the proper pickup people through the store. He also had his son with him so I did not need to help move the tv into my third floor (stairs only) apartment. Super friendly, super quick, 10/10 would recommend to anyone
Very professional and resourceful at the pickup which required navigating parking challenges, a longer distance haul and meeting with a third party on our behalf.
The first part of experience was horrible. I booked a pickup truck with 1 Lugger for a pickup between 10am and 11am. I got a notification at 9:45 am that I will be notified when Lugger is on his way but will arrive by 11am. At 10:55 am Lugger notified me he would be there in 45 minutes. Truck showed up at 11:50 am with 2 luggers. I contracted 1 to save 35%. The two luggers were apologetic for being late and were very friendly and accommodating. However I don’t believe I should be charged for 2 luggers when I contacted for 1. Can you please confirm how I am being billed? Thanks very much, Pete Lesser. P.S. I gave luggers cash tip.

Item in my order was not included in the delivery. Anthropology sent me a receipt of my order which reflects 2 items. Additionally, I scheduled a pickup for 2 items and provided pictures
RC was very thoughtful and thorough. He covered and packed our sofa with care. He kept me updated throughout pickup and delivery.

Richard did a great job but Lugg did not meet expectations. I ordered a pickup truck and you sent a van and then when they didn't work you sent another van. Even I know a King size mattress won’t fit in a van. Then you canceled on me because you couldn’t fit what I ordered for a truck into a van. So I had to beg you to deliver the bed so we didn't have to get a hotel. Then you offered to send Richard if we could help him load on both ends. So I said yes because I didn't want to go to hotel at 9pm. Richard delivered our bed at 8:30pm (scheduled time was 4-5pm) and was great! (But You were supposed to deliver 2 beds) Richard went above and beyond his job description! He is an A+ employee! But Lugg was not a good experience and I think you owe me a refund or discount. Would I recommend Lugg to anyone.....no. Would I recommend Richard ...yes. R

Great work by this team! The fridge would have been better transported via Pickup Truck since the unit could not stand upright in the Box Truck. Please endeavor to send the right equipment so that the drivers are not put in a bad position.

Glen and Allen were exceptional. I texted them through the app and they responded immediately. They had my king headboard wrapped and totally protected as they were transporting it. They were both professional and very kind. Most importantly, super quick!! Could not recommend them enough.
