Michael and Brandon communicated their schedule, arrived promptly and loaded our purchases efficiently and expertly. We had a very large sectional and bed that were heavy and bulky. They unloaded like pros as well. Super nice guys too!! This was our first experience using Lugg and it was a definite lifesaver as we didn’t have a vehicle or the manpower to do it ourselves. We will be sure to use this service again !! - Katherine

White glove service! This is an incredibly timely and organized team. They showed up on time, gave plenty of notice, and easily moved two VERY heavy dressers up two and three flights of stairs. They were kind and courteous- we just out in new carpeting and they happily wore blue booties to protect our floors. Very few people out there these days exhibit such professionalism and care. So very happy to have used Lugg and specifically this duo to help with our move. Thank you!! - Bri (and my guard dog, Ollie) - Brianna

These guys were absolutely fantastic!! I wish Lugg had read my note about the table being extremely heavy (300#!) as this posed a bit of a problem for them but they went above and beyond for me and got it done anyways. They brought their own tools, and strapped it down before they left so I know they took care of it. I wish I could pick specific movers, I would go for Charles and Kyree every time! - Audrey

I recently had the pleasure of working with two wonderful guys who came over to rearrange some very heavy furniture on my patio. Preparing for Your Vending Machine Move
To prevent damage and spills, please follow these preparation steps:
Empty the machine: Please empty the vending machine of all products and cash before the movers arrive. Loose bottles or snacks can shift during transport, throwing the machine off balance or damaging the internal coils.
- Power down: Unplug the machine and secure the power cord to the back.
- Protect glass: If the machine has a glass front, we recommend adding a layer of cardboard for extra peace of mind, though our movers will bring protective blankets.
- Measure access: Please measure all doorways and elevators to guarantee the machine fits through your building’s exit and entry points.
