This service was a lifesaver for me as I have a little car & this couch did not fit. Both were friendly, prompt, communicative & went beyond just delivering the couch & cabinets. They offered to help set up & rearrange, but we didn’t need that. Definitely will use your service again if needed & will request Gabriel & Ivan.

I last minute decided to move my sofa out of my storage and I found Lugg by chance. I had a couch that wouldn’t fit into my apt no matter what and they gave it multiple tries and made sure it did! It was quick, smooth, efficient and the guys were super respectful! In and out quick!
They put my couch together and showed me how to put it together/take it apart even tho it wasn’t asked or paid for.
Gabriel and Calvin were amazing and really helped us out with moving a very heavy couch! They were friendly and got the job done quick!
I am convinced that David and Raven are super heroes! Miracle workers, definitely. Moving our king size bed and couch was something I dreaded thinking about moving and other items, a dresser, a chair and foldable desk were all handles with care by these two. If you are lucky enough to have their help with your move you will feel relieved to have such strong, caring, gentle helpers! They finished our move in record time as well. I had plenty of time to do what I needed to do before I had to leave again!
Very courteous and intelligent. They fit an oversized couch through a narrow opening without any damage. Two strong and capable men. Immaculate truck and manners.
Absolutely amazing service from these two polite and considerate gentlemen. As soon as we put in our request for delivery Manuel and Gabriel showed up to the furniture store and delivered our couch PLUS set it up all within an hours time. I'm very glad we were referred to them and would highly recommend their services to everyone! We will definitely be using them again in the near future. Thank you both!

My only concern is a plug on the couch from the power cord looks to be damaged. I don’t know if that was from the movers or the Retail location. But everything else was great.

RC was delightful and so efficient bringing the couch up 3 levels!! I feel it should’ve been a two-person job but he was on it and with such a positive attitude. Very good experience with RC and the delivery!!

Richard was prompt with his delivery. He called to let me know when he was leaving the store. Even though this was 7th delivery today, he quickly unloaded and got our couch where it needed to be. He had a mask on and social distanced as much as possible. He was very nice and professional.
The couch was moved quickly to where we wanted it upstairs. They maneuvered it around an awkward staircase without any problems. They were both very nice.
Michael & Brandon were outstanding! They kept me updated throughout the process and were kind, friendly and professional. My couch arrived on-time and in perfect condition. Love this service!
