Bryan and Anthony were super helpful in unmounting an 85" TV and transporting it safely to my new apartment. They cleared out the furniture I had in minutes and kept good laughs and conversation flowing the whole time. Thank you, thank you, thank you! - Lucia
When picking up a tv from best buy Carlos called immediately when there was an issue verifying them as the proper pickup people through the store. He also had his son with him so I did not need to help move the tv into my third floor (stairs only) apartment. Super friendly, super quick, 10/10 would recommend to anyone - Kevin
Carlos and David did an amazing job helping me deliver a 77 inch TV, they not only came ready to protect the TV with furniture blankets but also had the necessary tools to remove the stand to ensure a safe delivery. Would use this service and them again! 5 stars! - Shawn
Manuel & Erick were wonderful! They were very kind, made sure all my fragile items were secure, and took care of everything quickly & easily. Would absolutely recommend for a move! - Jasmin
Very nice, quick, and handled my fragile items with care. Was on a super tight budget and came in right at my cap. Have always had great service from Lugg. I definitely recommend them. A++ - Tishan
They took there time and did not rush the job. They laid down pillows and blankets to load and unload glass items. - Trent
Manuel was very professional. He came prepared with blankets and dolly and delivered items to the room himself. He delivered goods within requested time. - Seshidhar
They explained details. It was raining. I was concerned about my bed in the rain. Both of them wrapped it up in blankets and tarp. They had excellent customer service - Catherine
These guys took care of our furniture. They wrapped it up. Put blankets on it. Carefully moved the furniture. Very polite, nice people to work with. We were not at the pick up location and they worked like we were there. - Jennifer
Amazing guys, comes up with smart and great plans. Showed up with a trailer which shows they go far and beyond just for my queen size hybrid mattress. Went the extra mile and covered the mattress with blankets! - Aaron
Glen and Allen were exceptional. I texted them through the app and they responded immediately. They had my king headboard wrapped and totally protected as they were transporting it. They were both professional and very kind. Most importantly, super quick!! Could not recommend them enough. - Brianna
Bryan and Justin were great. They picked up my table at my place of purchase on time, wrapped it correctly to travel in the truck, unwrapped it, and placed it in my house beautifully. And what are the chances, but Justin had been here the last time I hired Lugg to move furniture around the house so I was happy to see him again. - Laurie
I could not be happier with this team. They were friendly and helpful and understood exactly what I wanted and how to do it. They moved several very, very heavy pieces of furniture out of the house and into the garage and wrapped them expertly without me even asking. 100% recommend them. - Laurie
I really appreciated how they texted me when they arrived at the location and kept me updated. They wrapped the item extremely well and they were very friendly and professional. - Whitney
brought the table upstairs, had it wrapped well & protected, good communication throughout the process - Lora
This was our first time using Lugg and Manuel and Erick were amazing! They were prompt and did a great job wrapping our furniture and moved it with care. I highly recommend them! - Julie
These guys were great, super fast & efficient, furniture arrived wrapped and in perfect condition. Highly recommended! - Patrick
Michael & Brandon were awesome! I was glad to see that they had delivered to my home before. They’re friendly, conscientious, efficient and took great care with our WHITE sectional. They delivered and left it spotless and took away the wrapping. I’ll be sure to request them again. - Zoe
took good care of my purchased desk and shelving, wrapped and carried carefully. They also spent the time to help me to screw in the bolts once they delivered it. They are professional and kind. Thank you! - Margaret
Quick, friendly, very helpful in getting things unwrapped. Have not used Lugg before but these guys made it so easy that I will use again. Thank you! - Renee
Austin and Christopher were not only on time and efficient, there was constant communication from the time they picked up my furniture at the store, to the time they delivered it to my home. They also offered to unwrap it for me, and were very friendly and quick. - Sandie
Great experience. James and Jose communicated arrival times, took extra care to wrap the furniture so it wouldn't get wet, went above and beyond, thank you! - Lora
Movers were great ! I appreciate especially considering I’m on the second floor no elevator and it’s 105 outside. Thankyou so much - Nancy
Stephen and Gerardo were friendly and competent. They were very careful with the move upstairs. My wife indicated that they were quick and made the move look very easy. My wife and i struggled last weekend trying to take it upstairs but couldnt. Thank you - Ray

Bought a TV that won't fit in your car, or found one on Facebook Marketplace across town? Lugg picks it up and brings it home the same day, with movers on the way within the hour, from a big-box store, a warehouse club or a private seller. Lugg is an on-demand moving and delivery service that has carried a TV on more than 10,000 Luggs in the past year, from new sets still in the box to the living room TV headed to a new apartment. You'll see an upfront estimate before you book.
Lugg's TV moving service covers the TV you already have, too. Screens are fragile, so for the best protection Lugg recommends packing yours in a TV box for moving. No box? That's fine. Lugg movers wrap the screen in moving blankets and stretch wrap, carry it out standing on its edge and load it with the rest of your furniture. One Lugg covers everything that fits in the vehicle you book, so the TV stand, media console or entertainment center can come along too. About one in five Luggs with a TV include one.
Can you lay a TV flat? No. Keep a flat-screen TV upright whenever it moves. Lying flat puts the weight of the panel on the glass, and one hard bump can crack it. Lugg movers handle TV transport the same way: standing on its edge, padded and strapped, from the pickup to the room you choose. That matters most on very thin screens, like an LG OLED or a Samsung Frame TV.
Will a 65-inch TV fit in your car? Upright and in its box, it usually won't, and it shouldn't go in lying flat. 65 inches is also the most common size Lugg customers mention, followed by 55, 75 and 85, and Samsung is the brand they name most, then LG and Sony. A Van stands 4.5 feet tall inside and fits most boxed TVs upright, and it keeps them out of the rain. A Pickup works on a dry day, with the TV strapped upright and covered with a tarp. For a 98- or 100-inch screen, book an XL, which is 6.4 feet tall inside. Lugg's weight limit is 125 lbs per Lugger, or 250 lbs per item on any vehicle that comes with two Luggers: Pickup, Van, XL, Box or Box+.
Lugg movers carry your TV up the stairs or into the elevator and set it in the room you choose, on its stand if it's ready. Lugg movers don't take a TV off the wall or put one up, so if yours is wall-mounted, have it taken down before your Lugg arrives. Wiring and setup stay with an installer too, so book one for the same day and Lugg handles everything up to the wall.
