Michael and Brandon came through again with a timely, efficient help to pick up and deliver a lifting recliner from the medical equipment store, to my dad's assisted living home. They were ready to get a covid test if needed, to comply with the home's rules, but lucky we were able to avoid that in the end. - Jennifer
These guys knew what they were doing. They had all the equipment that they needed, and took great care of them actually removing for me. - DawnMarie
Great work by this team! The fridge would have been better transported via Pickup Truck since the unit could not stand upright in the Box Truck. Please endeavor to send the right equipment so that the drivers are not put in a bad position. - Ted
They were very kind and efficient. They cleaned up their mess and it didn’t take them long to make the delivery. - Amy
Carlos and Kory did an amazing job! I was really stressed before booking them, but they completely put my mind at ease. They were fast, efficient, and handled the pickup and delivery of my new refrigerator perfectly. Thank you both for your excellent service! - Vanity
I couldn’t have asked for a better delivery! Very fast and professional delivery especially when you consider they came from far away. Sorry my dog got in the way, but thank you for showing him some love!! Would definitely request this team again if I could. - Barbara

Communication with the drivers was excellent! They were timely, professional and on time. Highly recommend Manuel and Mohamed! Great delivery team! - Charissa
Marvin and Arte did a perfect job delivering my table for the backyard!!! They were kind and courteous, and I couldn’t ask for a better delivery! - Karen
On time & professional. Great communication. Was able to fit everything (8ft table and 4 dining chairs) into their pick up truck. Handled delivery with care. Will be using Lugg again such a convenient service (Lugg was more cost effective then getting items delivered to my door!) - Harlene
Great communication through the whole process, picked up on short notice for same day delivery. Carried in our large and heavy item carefully and placed it exactly where asked. Would use this service again. Carlos and Carlos were great! - Tiffany
Fantastic experience! The guys were so nice and took great care with handling my furniture. I would use this service again anytime I need a delivery. - Jen
Carlos and David did an amazing job helping me deliver a 77 inch TV, they not only came ready to protect the TV with furniture blankets but also had the necessary tools to remove the stand to ensure a safe delivery. Would use this service and them again! 5 stars! - Shawn
My experience was outstanding I really appreciated the texts with all the updates prior to their arrival. And the delivery team were friendly and helpful. I look forward to calling them again. They were definitely five stars! - Thomas
They were very timely, efficient, friendly and communicated well on their whereabouts in the pickup and delivery. They were wonderful to work with. This was my first Lugg experience, and first impression was very pleasant. Thanks!! - Sharp
Item in my order was not included in the delivery. Anthropology sent me a receipt of my order which reflects 2 items. Additionally, I scheduled a pickup for 2 items and provided pictures - Lisa
This is my first time using Lugg, RC was professional and timely giving updates at each phase of delivery. - Floyd

The easiest way to move a medical equipment in Phoenix without renting a truck is by booking Lugg. We provide movers and a truck on demand — no truck rental, deposits, or driving required. Your Luggers handle all the lifting, transport, and room-of-choice placement.
The standard weight limit is 250 lbs per item for a 2-Lugger booking. Many large items like hot tubs, pool tables, and pianos exceed this — for those, book additional Luggers or have someone available to help, for safe handling.
Yes, Lugg can pick up and deliver from big-box stores like Home Depot and HomeGoods, local shops, and from online marketplace sellers on platforms such as Facebook Marketplace or Craigslist in Phoenix.
At the destination, your Luggers will deliver your medical equipment to your room of choice and place it right where you want it.
Yes, the standard weight limit is 125 lbs per item per Lugger. Many large items like hot tubs, pool tables, and pianos exceed this, and for those, we recommend booking multiple crews, or having someone available to help the crew.
Yes, with Lugg you can book true on-demand medical equipment deliveries in Phoenix, with movers arriving within the hour. That means you can have movers pick up and deliver your bulky item the same day you buy it. You can also schedule up to 60 days in advance, perfect for coordinating deliveries.
Lugg prices every booking as a base fare for the vehicle you pick, a per-mile rate for the distance between your stops, and labor billed by the minute with no hourly minimum. You'll see your upfront estimate before you book, including a small variable booking fee, and rates vary by city.
The vehicle you pick sets most of the price, so a single piece of furniture in a Lite or Pickup costs much less than a full apartment in a Box. Routes over 30 miles add a long-distance fee, which is already in your estimate, and a Movers only job has no mileage at all.
Yes, you are responsible for securing safe and legal parking for your medical equipment delivery. If a permit is required at your location in Phoenix, please arrange it in advance. If safe parking isn't available, your Lugg may need to be canceled and your delivery rescheduled. Please note that wait time is billable.
Yes, every Lugg booking includes room-of-choice placement for your medical equipment delivery. Just let your Luggers know where you'd like your item(s) placed. Please note that we do not provide mounting or installation services.
Make sure there's a clear 3–4 ft path, measure any tight spaces, protect floors, and secure pets. If your building requires it, reserve elevators or loading docks ahead of time. Keep your phone nearby so you don't miss live updates or crew messages during your delivery.
We always recommend inspecting your medical equipment upon arrival. In the rare event that damage occurs to your item(s) or your property in Phoenix, our Support Team will promptly review the issue, coordinate any necessary repairs or replacements, and work with you to make things right.
To file a damage claim, get in touch through our contact page or use live chat. We'll guide you through the next steps and may ask you to hold the item while we review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
