Rob and George were excellent! Very patient and were able to get a whole treadmill out of a tiny room.
These guys knew what they were doing. They had all the equipment that they needed, and took great care of them actually removing for me.
Michael and Brandon came through again with a timely, efficient help to pick up and deliver a lifting recliner from the medical equipment store, to my dad's assisted living home. They were ready to get a covid test if needed, to comply with the home's rules, but lucky we were able to avoid that in the end.
Great work by this team! The fridge would have been better transported via Pickup Truck since the unit could not stand upright in the Box Truck. Please endeavor to send the right equipment so that the drivers are not put in a bad position.
Justin and Amado did an amazing job. They were communicative and friendly. They also figured out how to get my big dining room table through a small doorway. 100% would recommend!
Clean - on time and like the feedback and confirmation from Ugg itself! Had the tools to do the job! I’ll recommend to others and I will use them for other projects I have! Had one big item that needed to be moved! Quick, easy and done well! Thank you!
Peter & Peter are hard, smart and fast workers! But... when you arrive an hour late, that's getting off to a rough start. So, demerits for the late start but BIG kudos for the work performance. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat!

I had to get a couch to my apartment and I was skeptical at first because how big it was, but RC was an expert and fast!
An absolutely fantastic duo. So kind and understanding, and the biggest help ever. They didn’t judge and waited to make sure everything was okay and taken care of for our return before leaving.
I scheduled this move last minute because everyone else turned me down. They were on time and extremely happy when they arrived saying, “this is seriously the biggest Lugg we’ve had yet.” Amazing job!
They were so patient and kind with me me in a difficult trying situation ..they weren't flustered with me or my situation ( which was less than admirable) they were kind and helpful every step of my move...Lucky you if you get these guys!! BIG 😀 SMILE

White glove service! This is an incredibly timely and organized team. They showed up on time, gave plenty of notice, and easily moved two VERY heavy dressers up two and three flights of stairs. They were kind and courteous- we just out in new carpeting and they happily wore blue booties to protect our floors. Very few people out there these days exhibit such professionalism and care. So very happy to have used Lugg and specifically this duo to help with our move. Thank you!! - Bri (and my guard dog, Ollie)
I could not be happier with this team. They were friendly and helpful and understood exactly what I wanted and how to do it. They moved several very, very heavy pieces of furniture out of the house and into the garage and wrapped them expertly without me even asking. 100% recommend them. 
These two were amazing! Moved a very heavy dresser up two flights of tight stairs, and narrow walkways- they were so careful! So meticulous. And so strong! Great job Luggers!!!!

It was a tough move and Jorge and Eyner did a great job. They lifted a VERY heavy fire pit up to the roof of a three story townhome!

These guys were absolutely fantastic!! I wish Lugg had read my note about the table being extremely heavy (300#!) as this posed a bit of a problem for them but they went above and beyond for me and got it done anyways. They brought their own tools, and strapped it down before they left so I know they took care of it. I wish I could pick specific movers, I would go for Charles and Kyree every time!
