The guys did an excellent job and went above and beyond helping us remove flooring under some very heavy piece of furniture and hauling it away for us. Couldn’t be happier with their work. I will recommend lug and these particular movers to everybody.
Carlos and David did an amazing job helping me deliver a 77 inch TV, they not only came ready to protect the TV with furniture blankets but also had the necessary tools to remove the stand to ensure a safe delivery. Would use this service and them again! 5 stars!

I last minute decided to move my sofa out of my storage and I found Lugg by chance. I had a couch that wouldn’t fit into my apt no matter what and they gave it multiple tries and made sure it did! It was quick, smooth, efficient and the guys were super respectful! In and out quick!
They put my couch together and showed me how to put it together/take it apart even tho it wasn’t asked or paid for.
Gabriel and Calvin were amazing and really helped us out with moving a very heavy couch! They were friendly and got the job done quick!
I am convinced that David and Raven are super heroes! Miracle workers, definitely. Moving our king size bed and couch was something I dreaded thinking about moving and other items, a dresser, a chair and foldable desk were all handles with care by these two. If you are lucky enough to have their help with your move you will feel relieved to have such strong, caring, gentle helpers! They finished our move in record time as well. I had plenty of time to do what I needed to do before I had to leave again!

As soon as we put in our request for delivery Manuel and Gabriel showed up to the furniture store and delivered our couch PLUS set it up all within an hours time.
