The guys showed up to the Costco we were headed to within about 45 minutes, located me quickly in the apartment with our newly purchased washer, loaded it up, and transported it to the house near the place it would sit long term. They were not able to get the washer through the door with the packaging and taking the door off its hinges so that was something I needed to do, which is understandable and expected.
