White glove service! This is an incredibly timely and organized team. They showed up on time, gave plenty of notice, and easily moved two VERY heavy dressers up two and three flights of stairs. They were kind and courteous- we just out in new carpeting and they happily wore blue booties to protect our floors. Very few people out there these days exhibit such professionalism and care. We were told our movers would have a dolly and whatever tools we need, and when they arrived this turned out not to be the case. We made it work, I’m just not sure where this miscommunication came from. - Catey

I wish Lugg had read my note about the table being extremely heavy (300#!) as this posed a bit of a problem for them but they went above and beyond for me and got it done anyways. They brought their own tools, and strapped it down before they left so I know they took care of it. I wish I could pick specific movers, I would go for Charles and Kyree every time! - Audrey

When picking up a tv from best buy Carlos called immediately when there was an issue verifying them as the proper pickup people through the store. He also had his son with him so I did not need to help move the tv into my third floor (stairs only) apartment. Super friendly, super quick, 10/10 would recommend to anyone - Kevin
