Very kind and helpful. IKEA lost our paperwork. He could have just left but he did not. Instead, he communicated with me multiple times until it was sorted and he was able to deliver. He absolutely represented LUGG in the most positive light. Kudos to him.
One of the best 3rd party experiences!!! I bought some already assembled and not assembled furniture from IKEA and was thrilled to have the build pieces delivered and put exactly where I wanted them in my second story small condo. They even made sure I knew about damage they noted (bought from the AS IS, section of IKEA) at time of pick up!! Awesome Customer Service!!!!!!

RC was punctual and professional. He kept me up to date on his arrival at IKEA and subsequently his progress toward delivery. He was courteous and punctual. I would strongly recommend everyone to use his services.

They were not just on time, they were earlier than their quoted time. They broke down the furniture and even promised to send me the donation receipt if they couldn’t come back to give it to me. White glove service! This is an incredibly timely and organized team. They showed up on time, gave plenty of notice, and easily moved two VERY heavy dressers up two and three flights of stairs. They were kind and courteous- we just out in new carpeting and they happily wore blue booties to protect our floors. Very few people out there these days exhibit such professionalism and care.
