Efrain and Irvin were on time and helped me tremendously. They were courteous and didn’t scratch anything. They even helped move the Christmas tree and ornaments into the house. I would definitely recommend them.
Excellent! They were presented with VERY difficult stairs and calmly worked together to come up with a solution. We have our couch for Christmas Eve which we didn’t think was going to happen but luckily we were able to get the last one in stock AND delivered same day. Super grateful. Fantastic job all around! Rommel was patient and friendly. He was unruffled that the address was incorrect. I think the ap. may have auto-filled the street name. Anyway, he helped resolve the problem. Pick up and delivery happened on schedule. Thanks, Rommel!

Friendly service Rome and Nick’s helpful. Nick’s helping me find the street from a map and spotting me walking up and said hello there are you Shaun yea I said. Just a good couple of guys and I just had a small move, but they treated me like a Very Important Person VIP.
These guys were so easy and quick! Our place isn’t the easiest to get to (street parking, elevator, etc) and they did it willingly and like “no sweat” a very cool and positive first experience with Lugg! Guys like this set the tone

Shawn and John were fantastic—professional, efficient, and handled an extremely heavy sleeper sofa with care. They worked quickly, communicated clearly, and made a tough delivery feel seamless. Highly recommend them for any heavy or bulky moves.

Erik and Ramon went above and beyond to help with my furniture delivery. They picked up and dropped off the couch without me even having to be there, and when I arrived at the end, everything was already taken care of. The neighborhood had a tricky security policy, but he navigated it with ease and made what could have been a complicated situation completely stress-free. They were extremely helpful, responsible, and reliable throughout the process.

First time using Lugg and I did not know what to expect. Scheduling a pick up time was simple, the team arrived within 30 min aa estimated, and delivery was quick and done with care. The movers were courteous and friendly.
Delivery team was on time, even though we have an elevator there’s still 12 steps to get to our condo, so they worked very hard.
I will definently use Lugg again! Easy to schedule, on time, excellent service! Very friendly & went out of their way to make sure the delivery fit through our door! Thank you!

Ruben and Harold did such a great job first for my mom and then my mom's friend! If you ever use Lugg for their services and you get these two guys, I think you'll have a great experience too! On a side note having nothing to do with Ruben and Harold, using Lugg for a second delivery that same day, Lugg added 50% more in fees. They charge an additional $2.02 per minute ($121.20 p/hr) on top of the flat rate quoted on the app. They only give an email as a means to contact customer support which adds to the negative customer experience.
Ordered a couch that had no delivery option. They picked it up from the store and dropped it off in perfect condition and super fast. Super friendly and would definitely use again!
