We highly recommend Jeremy and Henry. Very professional. They went out of their way to make sure our sectional was properly connected. Carefully removed the packaging. Great attitude. Will hire again when needed.
Both men were very kind respectful careful and efficient. Arrived early placed all pieces where I wanted them removed plastic covers from the cushions. No damage to either my home or the furniture delivered. I am so glad Home Goods recommended Lugg I will certainly call again if I’m in need of help. Thank you!!!
Set up and communication. Only issue is they are not allowed to remove or take back packaging used to transport bed frames and mattresses.

Caike and Apolo were amazing. They went above and beyond to move our new sectional couch upstairs, including through a tight door and a stairway with a turn. They removed the feet, and were positive and helpful throughout. What a great experience!

I needed help loading a U-Haul trailer and I was going to tow 700 miles. The guys worked really hard to make sure the load was balanced and I could drive it safely

We had a tricky move - two locations combined - into u-haul storage containers. It required a strategic ability, executed perfectly. Spacial reasoning along with the great care taken, extra support on the packing of the items, was above and beyond. This also happened to be the second move we have had from the same team of movers, James and Jose. Would highly recommend!
James and Candee did a wonderful job on moving my heavy patio furniture. They were quick, but made sure my furniture was wrapped well and secured for the short haul. They are both take pride in their work and were a pleasure to work with. Thank you both for the great job! I would highly recommend this company to my friends!
They were very diligent in getting up all the things that I wanted them to take to the dump and they had to dig for some stuff but they still got it out even the heavy stuff and they’re just very friendly and eager to please I think.

Jesus was great! But the dump location was closed. I reached out for help and the answer was that it was the customer’s responsibility to ensure the place is open. Ok fair BUT I don’t recall it was mentioned anywhere. At least you should have a warning message so we do know as customer this is our responsibility! It costs me at least double the expected price!!!

They picked up and dropped off the couch without me even having to be there, and when I arrived at the end, everything was already taken care of. The neighborhood had a tricky security policy, but he navigated it with ease and made what could have been a complicated situation completely stress-free. They were extremely helpful, responsible, and reliable throughout the process.

They expertly moved my large, heavy couch (that I struggle to push around) down a set of stairs and a super narrow alley. They made the process so quick and easy, and they were also really kind, friendly people. If I or someone I know needed to move again and I could request movers, I would definitely request them.

I picked a time for that same afternoon, fully expecting to hear back that those times weren't available, etc...it seemed to good to be true to book for the same day. But, true to the booking, I got a text when they were on their way and there were no issues. Price was really reasonable. I am very impressed with Lugg.
