This was the first time using Lugg and I have to say I was VERY impressed with Gean and Isaac. They packed the furniture they delivered very securely and unloaded everything with care. They were friendly and helped moved the heavy furniture to a secure space. They set a very favorable impression of Lugg with my first experience.

The gentleman that delivered this huge oversized baroque mirror were both definitely very careful with handling it and moved it into my desired space.
They excelled on promptness, professionalism, and on collaboration. Christian offered suggestions to make better use of the space and the supply needed to best move the office furniture. They were swift and completed the move faster than I expected. Both were also flexible with my requests as I had to changes from my original plan.
Mark & Keith were great. They moved a large sofa down a narrow hallway, down a set of stairs at my condo and into the garage. It was a tight space, but they did a great job. They also moved a couple of pieces of furniture out of the way and then put them back in place.
Very friendly, competent and good at figuring out how to get large furniture into tight spaces. I highly recommend them!
Alejandro and Jesse were great! Both were very efficient, cautious with my beautiful sofa and recliner, they were very courteous, and professional. It was a very smooth and pleasant delivery. Outstanding! Beyond impressed with their skills. They can move anything. We have an extremely large, heavy cabinet that needed to be moved from one very tight space all the way downstairs. Made it look easy.
Sharif and Martin effortlessly moved a new refrigerator into my upstairs accessory unit and brought the broken refrigerator down to my garage. When the new fridge was pushed into the space it was to tall and hit the upper cabinet. Martin and Sharif asked if I wanted them to raise the cabinet to the height that will allow the refrigerator to slide in. Within 8 min the cabinet was raised and the Refrigerator fit in the space perfectly. These guys are smart, professional and hard working. Thanks again!

They were courteous and took care to be aware of my many patio plants as they maneuvered several large furniture pieces through a relatively small space. Thank you, Jaivon and James!
They made the absolute toughest moving situation (stairs, narrow spaces & an extremely large couch) seem easy. Thankful for them trying many different ways to get my couch to fit!

Listened well, followed my preferences for room placement cheerfully, were careful with my boxes, and worked very well as a team getting through all the doors necessary to safely get my stuff into my apartment and Bryon had excellent space planning suggestions so my boxes did not take up valuable floor space. Wow! Best Luggers yet! Will definitely use Lugg App again when I need to!

These guys aren’t just great movers, they’re fun to be around which makes moving less stressful. Despite dispatch being nowhere to be found and unreachable, these guys were great and I would recommend this duo to friends and family who need to move.

Phenomenal in that it helped me accomplish something I thought would be impossible to do. I needed to purchase a large chair in a short timeframe. I knew it would never fit in my car. I knew I would never be able to get it up the steps of my home. The store recommended Lugg. I was able to get a pick up at the store and a delivery to my home all within the space of an hour. I never would have imagined it. The guys were great, accommodating, trustworthy, friendly, and on top of it. The app allowed me to track their progress. It was perfect. Blown away. I hope you expand everywhere.

I bought a sofa at a good discount and used delivery through the app for $ 75 ... at a convenient time for me on the same day! I must say that delivery to living space would cost me $ 100 and according to a schedule, which may not be convenient for me! I am very grateful to the guys from Lugg💚! Thank you for your good mood, as a bonus! I hope see you again!!!
We had a tricky move - two locations combined - into u-haul storage containers. It required a strategic ability, executed perfectly. Spacial reasoning along with the great care taken, extra support on the packing of the items, was above and beyond. This also happened to be the second move we have had from the same team of movers, James and Jose. Would highly recommend!
