Leonardo and Khalid were so kind and helpful in bringing a quite large sectional into our second floor apartment. Great communication and efficient moving. They went above and beyond taking care of our new item, picking it up from someone in Carlsbad and bringing it over to me, despite sitting in over an hour of traffic. Very grateful for these two! - Alyssa

Jeremy and Henry were awesome. Excellent communication beforehand and while moving. They were able to move even more items than I had expected and moved so quickly. They expertly moved my large, heavy couch (that I struggle to push around) down a set of stairs and a super narrow alley. They made the process so quick and easy, and they were also really kind, friendly people. If I or someone I know needed to move again and I could request movers, I would definitely request them. - Claire

Mark & Keith were great. They moved a large sofa down a narrow hallway, down a set of stairs at my condo and into the garage. It was a tight space, but they did a great job. They also moved a couple of pieces of furniture out of the way and then put them back in place. - Lisa

Jaivon and James were professional while also being personable. I would defitnely use Lugg again based on this experience. They were courteous and took care to be aware of my many patio plants as they maneuvered several large furniture pieces through a relatively small space. Thank you, Jaivon and James! - Sarah

These guys are an amazing team! They are professional, Super helpful, their height and strength makes the lifting and moving of the heavy large items look so easy which I know is not. I was expecting to see a bill much higher than the original estimate because the additional work they had to do but it wasn’t. - Ethan

Phenomenal in that it helped me accomplish something I thought would be impossible to do. I needed to purchase a large chair in a short timeframe. I knew it would never fit in my car. I knew I would never be able to get it up the steps of my home. The store recommended Lugg. I was able to get a pick up at the store and a delivery to my home all within the space of an hour. I never would have imagined it. The guys were great, accommodating, trustworthy, friendly, and on top of it. The app allowed me to track their progress. It was perfect. Blown away. I hope you expand everywhere. - Karen

Sharif and Omar were extremely efficient and professional. We both had issues with the app though . . . I originally scheduled for 1 worker and a truck, and in came a 2 man group with an extra large van . . . They were able to take all the requested items safely in one trip, and I only had to pay what I planned to pay. Sharif was concerned that he wouldn't get compensated for the XL van that he drove. I hope that Lugg would compensate him for the XL van rate if the upgrade was performed at the company's discretion. They are an asset to Lugg and they don't deserve to be shortchanged. - Erich

Preparing for Your Vending Machine Move
To prevent damage and spills, please follow these preparation steps:
Empty the machine: Please empty the vending machine of all products and cash before the movers arrive. Loose bottles or snacks can shift during transport, throwing the machine off balance or damaging the internal coils.
- Power down: Unplug the machine and secure the power cord to the back.
- Protect glass: If the machine has a glass front, we recommend adding a layer of cardboard for extra peace of mind, though our movers will bring protective blankets.
- Measure access: Please measure all doorways and elevators to guarantee the machine fits through your building’s exit and entry points.
