Instead, they handled every step with teamwork, skill, and a level of confidence that made the whole process look easy. They were careful, efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed exactly the way I wanted. Watching them maneuver that treadmill was like witnessing a synchronized Olympic event: equal parts strength, precision, and grace. My back started hurting just watching them do the work. They bring a dolly, moving blankets, stretch wrap and straps, and they can take a bed frame apart and put it back together in the room it's going in. What they won't do is pack loose things into boxes for you: dishes, books, clothes, the junk drawer.
