I actually tipped Jeremy & Henry in Cash. I did not know there was a follow up survey where I could have added a tip as I have never used Lugg before. Both Jeremy & Henry are Amazing and did a fantastic job moving my sofa from the Home Goods store to my home. Love Lugg! 👍
Hi Lugg Team- shout-out to John and Brad! The furniture store did not disassemble the dining table we ordered (even though we requested them to do so) so this move was tough as the table was super heavy. John and Brad still powered through and helped us maneuver the table into our storage unit. Cheers Ps. (We gave them a cash tip when they left, so i will leave that field blank here in the app)
Picked up from store within an hour. Delivered in 45 minutes. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Final location for sofa was difficult but Rommel managed with ease. Price was good too. I would highly recommend this company. Look no further.
Ordered a couch that had no delivery option. They picked it up from the store and dropped it off in perfect condition and super fast. Super friendly and would definitely use again!

They were AMAZING! The store tried to tell them the order was all there when it wasn't. They were proactive and made sure we got all of our items. To top it off they were friendly AND brought our furniture upstairs for us! They made everything quick and easy. Very happy customer!
Reynard and Bryon were excellent movers! They arrived at the store promptly to pick up my items and delivered them to me just as quickly. They asked if I wanted help setting it up, but I declined as I needed other things to complete the space. Polite and courteous,too!
The store manager was challenging to work with and they were patient and professional and it is much appreciated!

5 stars for Renard & Benito who were great despite a messy situation. Other luggers showed up, and despite me stating my name, product and address they took my couch. And drove somewhere else with it. I could not get a response from the app chat, and was very worried that someone stole my couch as we weren’t sure if those other guys were really with LUgg. Store suggested calling the police. After about 50 phone calls and driving back from my house to the store several times, and an argument between the store and Lugg about whose fault this was, the couch was eventually delivered. I asked for a refund but they would only give me a $10 credit. This system is a mess and needs reworking. A phone number to call when someone goes wrong should be a minimum.
Phenomenal in that it helped me accomplish something I thought would be impossible to do. I needed to purchase a large chair in a short timeframe. I knew it would never fit in my car. I knew I would never be able to get it up the steps of my home. The store recommended Lugg. I was able to get a pick up at the store and a delivery to my home all within the space of an hour. I never would have imagined it. The guys were great, accommodating, trustworthy, friendly, and on top of it. The app allowed me to track their progress. It was perfect. Blown away. I hope you expand everywhere.

They were not only friendly, hardworking young men but super cooperative. We had a screwup with our IKEA order. Half of the order was not delivered. They returned to the store and brought back the rest of our order.

Shawn and John were fantastic—professional, efficient, and handled an extremely heavy sleeper sofa with care. They worked quickly, communicated clearly, and made a tough delivery feel seamless. Highly recommend them for any heavy or bulky moves.
