This was my first time using Lugg, I really just needed a pickup & an extra set of hands to transfer my new desk I had purchased to my apartment. My lugger came prepared with not only that but a few blankets & wrap to keep my new purchase safe while we traveled a few miles north on the interstate. I’m so grateful he had such care with my item! The whole experience was about 30 minutes long, a quick trip but honestly so helpful! He was friendly, attentive & I’m just really grateful for the help!
Rommel was very professional and he stayed in contact with me when he was headed to pickup the merchandise, in route to my house and how far he was. He delivered my merchandise on time and was very carful with it. I highly recommend Rommel

Although, I did not meet Nahun and Israel personally I can easily say that they are committed to doing a great job. They got to the pick up location on time, even had to wait a little for the person that was meeting them. They communicated with me throughout the entire process. Sent me pictures of my boxes at pickup and then again at after storing in my storage unit. Definitely recommend this company and team!!
I can’t say enough great things about this service or Chad and Saul. They arrived at the pickup location quickly, were super efficient and nice. When they arrived at the drop off location they were courteous enough to move other objects out of the way just to ensure that they didn’t damage them. They were both incredibly professional and polite, efficient and quick. Overall this was a great experience with 2 people who genuinely enjoy what they do and are amazing at it. Thanks!
Approximately 20 minutes after I ordered my lugg Kevin and Michael arrived at the pickup location. I didn't expect that this service would be so fast and convenient but it exceeded my expectations! They worked efficiently, got the job done right and had good attitudes and were respectful and considerate.
Cesar and Christian were already at Costco when I was checking out. I had two accent chairs (that were a GREAT deal) that even if unpacked wouldn’t fit in my car. Found the LUGG app and arranged the pickup. So easy and my chairs were in my living room within and hour and 15 minutes of purchase. Super satisfied!
Both guys were very courteous and meticulous in the delivery of the furniture. They saw some issues during pickup and were diligent enough to call me and send me a picture to make sure that I knew of the issues. Will use this again

It was smooth. It was just odd that they called me a couple of times then texted me before I even had a chance to respond. And I'd entered the info of the woman at the pickup address but either they didn't read that or that info didn't make it to them. Other than that no problems.

Went through a local moving company prior and got two slow/out of shape/grouchy 55 year old men that charged for extra time and cost me 650. This wasn’t quite as extensive of a job but it cost 1/6, was done much more efficiently, with much more pleasant of people.

I had large furniture and they handled everything with prepared equipment and excellent planning. I am so grateful for the support they provided and could not have done it without them!!!! I have such relief to be done with this part of my move and it is all thanks to Johnny and Tim.
