Shawn and Jonathan were awesome. We bought a recliner to put in my mother’s room at the retirement village and it wouldn’t fit in the back of my SUV. We needed to coordinate around the meal schedule for the residents and not impede the movement of wheelchairs in and out of the elevator and hallways. Shawn and Jonathan jumped right to it. Got the box in their truck at Costco, followed us to the facility, wheeled it in and up to her room, got it in place and disposed of the box all while warmly greeting residents and staff at the facility including my bedridden Mom. Thank you for making this not only a painless process but pleasant as well. - Michelle
