At Public Storage both elevators stopped working after one load. David and Leon had to take the stairs. They didn't complain, and just did it. They moved quickly and efficiently. They were careful not to damage any of my things. They are great movers and would hire them again.
They were amazing!!!!! I was struggling with the public storage because they canceled my unit by accident and patiently waited to get everything done. They are the true experts.

They're so patient. Also, they always keep asking me about my feelings!!! They are definitely pretty helpful during the whole process!!! They helped me to move my luggage in my storage unit and helped me to ask the front desk for the enter code! That's my first time for renting a public storage unit and they also taught me about how to use my lock!!!! 
Jose and Jimmy were amazing! They helped me make it to public storage in time and were super effective. Also very detail oriented and made sure to protect my belongs
Called me to report a delay due to a previous assignment and worked with me in trying to schedule a second Lugg but there were none available until the next day. They came and transported our boxes and belongings to public storage. Although we weren’t able to fit two large sofas into the van, they helped us move the furniture into our empty garage. Between me and my husband who is a disabled veteran, these two were a Godsend. Highly recommend!! A+++
On time and got me out of home storage unit in less than 15 min..trouble with public storage elevator, but with short delay of non operational elevator door, than quickly got into unit. Would use them again.Thank you!

Amazing movers. We almost got stuck in public storage but they hustled so hard that we were able to move all before the closing. I highly recommend them.
The experience was superb. On September 1st Frankie and Manuel help me move out of my apartment and put my stuff into public storage and the service was amazing so I used them again today, although Manuel was replaced with Severiano, they were quick and very cordial. However I was told that they only get paid hourly instead of what is written on the app has 80% of the charge. Which I find very very awful and greedy on behalf of Life's management and Developers. So I will cease to be using lugg simply for that reason
Asseem and Samir did a fantastic job helping empty a storage unit. They worked efficiently and professionally—offered great suggestions and packed the van expertly. They did my dump run very quickly, too. Thank you!

They were able to load and unload our 2 storage units inside an underground garage despite their XL size car unable to drive down. They could have canceled but they carried our stuff up a huge incline to transport our stuff out of the garage despite the extra effort.
Brian and Alejandro did an excellent job helping us move from one storage room to another. They were careful with everything they handled, had great attitudes throughout the day, and showed a strong work ethic. We truly appreciated their help and professionalism.
Laurent helped play a crazy game of Tetris to fit my couch into the storage unit! They were punctual and did a great job.
Rogerio and Rony were genuinely the best movers I have ever employed. They were efficient, hard working, friendly, helpful, and extremely effective. They were happy to help us with a second trip back to our house to load more into the van to bring back to our storage unit. I only wish that Lugg had the option for customers to chose their Luggers. I am moving more items tomorrow to a different location and I wanted to book them again. Please consider implementing a feature where happy customers can request their favorite Luggers again in the future. I would book Rogerio and Rony again every time. 100/10 service
I appreciated that they tried to respect what I had requested; like trying to keep certain boxes together & also like respecting not to walk on my tarps that I had laid out. However, I do wish that they would've folded up the tarp that was left in my transferred smaller storage space, or at least tell me that the tarp was still there, & so then decide what should be done with this "left behind tarp" Otherwise, I'm please with these two Luggers. 🙂 Thank you
